I found duals too obstructive on my steiner 430. Now that I'm only using it for personal use singles with 3" spacers will do 95% of what i need. If it's too wet i can wait for drier weather, and there's nothing too steep for just spacers on my current property.
I've also found that using the weight transfer springs and rear ballast really keeps the machine planted and going where I want it to on side hills.

Tim, I am Southeast Missouri. In this area active cemeteries are typically owned by funeral homes. However, there are a few (very few) active ones still associated with churches. However typically these congregations are older and upkeep suffers because of this. Also it is usually these older members that are placed there.
Much more common for older cemeteries, is again associated with churches, but neither are currently active, often the church building is no longer there. The least common is a family plot, often the surrounding land is no longer owned by the family snd often there is no family in the area. These last 2 groups are often overgrown and totally uncared for.
It is great to see that this one is taken care of and you helping to clear next to the field.

    Hey Tim, thank you again.
I know you have connections. Let me know if you get ahold of a dozer. And we can move some some dirt to make that mowable.. Yes the power rake could do the job. But one of your tractors and a dump trailer. With a dozer pushing grade would be awesome to do for this cemetery and for the people mowing..
Thank you again for your time and energy for our entertainment and education..

Part of my property in Florida had a fenced in area of a good size. It hadn't been mowed in years. The Live oak tree all the limbs were touching the ground. I started with a Cub cadet trimmer and it burnt up. So off I went to the stihl dealer and bought a 130R trimmer and working for a few days in the hot sun got the weeds down and they were up to my waist. I had a brand new Gravelly commercial zero turn mower but I wasn't sure what I might find and it was a good thing. One of the previous owners was a cop and that was where he kept his police dog and I found a metal bar with a log chain, which would have damaged my new mower. After getting rid of the bar and chain I could keep it mowed down. My property here in Missouri has been a challenge on it's own with all the junk laying everywhere.

Tim. Some dirt work would be helpful for his mowing. It would be interesting for a video too. Also, check out Altoz zero turn mowers. They have tracked models that are quite stable on embankments, although they may not be a capable as Vinny. They also have a rough cut deck option that has chain guards and swinging blades like your bat wing mower. Neat zero turn mowers for those who need dedicated mowers. No, I don't have one, nor need one. I just think they have some great concepts. Todd

Tim, I have a question maybe you could look into. Operating on hillsides and soft ground, as well as doing snow removal almost necessitates a crawler, but since the original JD 420, there have been a dearth of small ag crawlers available in the US for the rural lifestyle market. Looking at what is available today, the closest fit for my operation looks like a Chinese made YTO c602, which seems to retail for around the same price point as a modest compact tractor, between $15,000 and $18,000. It claims to be based on a UK engineered design, presumably a Massey Ferguson. I think you will agree that this seems like an ideal solution for a rural homesteader type, where small woodlot and snow removal are key requirements, as is the ability to run 3 point hitch agricultural implements in the middle horsepower range. Yet, I can find very little reliable information about YTO sales in the US. Maybe you would be interested in this situation and would contribute your experience to answering some questions around this type of product. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

I have never heard of it until your comment. No idea where we could find one!
You are right. No us small dozers anymore.
