I had assumed you flew to Chicago for perhaps a family visit but was wrong--I had to check dates of your flight to ORD and back to DFW---so on Sept 30, you merely made a VERY cheap RT to take advantage of a ridiculously low fare--leaving DFW early in the morning, having a whole day to be a Chicago tourist and back home by mid-evening. I'm guessing you spent more than $20--breakdown--$40 RT fare +$9 cheese plate+ $30 seat selection each way plus whatever you spent running around the Loop! How did you find this fare? You lucked out with riding a A321 with that 'new car smell' ! :)
