Can a GA pilot fly a RNP published approach? Or is this reserved for authorized pilots in a specific type airplane who fly the airliners?

S = VOR, VHF COMM RADIO, ILS. The "S" stands for STANDARD equipment in the Surveillance Equipment dialog box. You don't need to also check the VOR, VHF, and ILS box. The "S" covers it. Redundant. ;-/
