I’m 74 with health issues and don’t go as much as I did before Covid. My best friend lives 120 miles from me and we don’t get to see each other as often as yrs before. Luckily I’m like you thrifting, painting furniture, crafting and working in my yard. A friend gave me a lightweight dolly cuz I’m always trying to move heavy pots or big rocks. It comes in handy but sometimes I have to wait til my son or daughter in law can help a little. I do try to keep busy and if I overdo I chill for a bit with my 2 rescue dogs. I do enjoy your variety of shows. Keep up the awesome work.🌸💕🎊

I was the same. Didn't like leftovers. Now I always try to make sure I have enough for at least two meals so I don't have to cook every day. Pasta, especially, is good heated over. Yours looks delicious.

I'm dragging my butt today. Its humid here. Not a fan of 4th of July parties, but my oldest son & his wife are having a pool party and we're going. So I'm making an old fashioned Jello cake, doing laundry, scrubbing the bath mat, and I know I'll be a sweaty mess again by the time I get dressed after my shower 🚿 😜. Yuck.

@@mamabrooke Years ago I was almost vegetarian for some years and I thought I never could be vegan, but then I did some research and realized it worked, Dr Greger and Dr Bernard on TH-cam really explain it w proven research. Also "Forks over Knives" documentary made a big difference for people. But then, it is what you want and works for you in the end :)
