You so remind me of myself, I am exactly the same. Its a natural instinct to be protective over our babies, even though their turning 20 this year!! The sparkle in your eyes when you saw her coming at the train station is so sweet ✨️

My son is 19 and just got over cancer hes doing a solo holiday as well gotta let them spread there wings .....some beautiful items in store ....that fire is beautiful im so looking forward to see it complete.. 🤩👀

My daughter is the same age as your Joelle. She's in her 2nd year at Aberystwyth uni and I go months without seeing her. You remind me of me and her when you talk about Joelle. 😊 Fireplace is just stunning BTW 😍 ✨️

My entire life is consumed with worry about them all, it’s natural.

'3be2' 😂 It's also a Yorkshire thing as my husband has just been to get some lengths of that! It's quite natural to be worrying about your daughter going on her first solo holiday but sure she'll be fine. My youngest son left home at 16 to join a band and moved into a bedsit on his own - that was pretty scary but we decided to trust him and let him go - he's 50 this year so survived and now lives on the other side of the world - you never stop worrying about them though. Really looking forward to seeing how your bathroom comes together - we've done a few renovations in our time and it's hard work but will be worth it in the end.

My sons 32 and has disabilities from having leaukmia . He wanted to go to manchester to meet some friends first time on his own. I Drove him mad texring him are you there yet are in the hotel what time you going out. Its just what mums do. Love watching you and your family your sense of humour is fab and I can't wait to see the rooms finished but love watching the journey getting there ❤

I love the idea of the Wednesday club 😊, my oldest child (daughter) is 21 and is in the process of buying a house with her boyfriend, so if you don’t mind I might adopt Wednesday club 😊…I’m going to have to watch this video in stages, because I’m about to go and rip my downstairs bathroom out (on my own 😬🙈) so when I need a break I’ll be coming back to watch a bit more 😂 xxx

@@SuzyDarling04 ha ha unfortunately my husband isn’t handy AT ALL, but I grew up in and around house builds and renovations so I don’t think twice about it really 🤷♀️, I managed to strip all the tiles out and the sink and toilet, so I was quite productive 😊 I do love how you interact with your subs, most don’t make the effort, but you always do, so thank you for that 😊 xxx

Can I ask where you got the garland from above your stove please? It looks so full and nothing like the cheap looking ones am seeing at the moment. It’s so hard to find quality artificial greenery at the moment.

Absolutely love that fire surround is gorgeous, can I suggest you book in to your doctors and get your bloods done for anemia and your vitamin B12 tested aswel, both of them can make you feel tired and give you headaches, maybe try cutting down on the cafeen, Ralph is so adorable bless.and I'm soooooo glad my plastering is done now, in my living .but the bloody dust is driving me mad,and dunelm is amazing for homeware aswel, have a lovely rest of your week 😊

It’s a really big house int it. What a lot of work. Hubby is so clever. It’s going to be absolutely amazing. I’ve got the same bathroom window. I had my first child at 19 too. Yeah it’s pretty big the rooms are just huge & tall apart from the bathroom ahaha 😭 He ‘s amazing, and completely unfazed by the scale of the project.. 💭 Thank you yeah I’m probably run down, I was a year ago with all the dust and work going on in the house downstairs.. it’ll soon be over.. 1 more room to go 😅 Xo

Hi suzy loved this vlog Ash is a tidy worker isn't he...i still worry about my son and he's a grown man now😊 when he goes on holiday i can't concentrate till he messages me he's there i tell you mentally I'm driving that plane he's on there and back😊✈ like you suzy i was young 17 when i married 18 when i had my son (my only child) lot of responsibilities at a young age i remember listening to a song by the eagles called (too busy being fabulous) and thinking this is him this song was made for him my now ex husband i dont think you mature till well into your 20's

He has given me 4 beautiful grandchildren 2girls and 2boys sadly lost my eldest granddaughter to bone cancer a few years ago she was studying/training to be a midwife at the time ❤❤
