Drink beetroot juice everyday, doesn’t need to be a lot just half a small glass, that will help with blood pressure naturally, helped my mum come off of her medication
Ooh I had beetroot juice daily in Cuba it was soooo good 💫
You have planted the peace lily in compost meant for outdoor tubs & hanging baskets !
Ohh that’s good news because I didn’t need it ahaha 🥰 The existing soil was perfectly fine & it’s thriving again 🫶🏽

I've just bought a blood pressure machine coz mine was high I got the form to fill in from doctor. It's not so bad sit or lie down when doing it. At the end it will give you a reading on screen that you jot down have do it twice a minute apart. It's OK nothing to worry about xx

Hi your vlogs are the best because it’s natural and real to life, about your bedroom window ,my hubby is a very light sleeper! He as blackout curtains and I also got a white blackout roller blind and had it fitted on the inside of the windows, you don’t see the blind during the day, you lose it because of the white window frame, I pull the blind right up to the top, it’s perfect no light comes in, hope this helps , hope your feeling better soon x x

So pleased you saw a doctor and had a good chat. Sounds like she’s being very thorough. It’s easy to take your blood pressure with a machine and write the two numbers down. My son does it every day. I’ve had an under active thyroid for over 30 years, if you need Thyroxine it’ll take a while to get the right dosage but that will help after a while. I hope you haven’t got Endometriosis. The house seems to have come on so fast all of a sudden. Lovely video as always. Take care. Sue x
Yes I felt seen & heard 🥰 I know I’m so ignorant, I still don’t understand the numbers or what they mean, and this sheet you have to work out averages etc 🙃 I’ve been researching thyroid too just to build knowledge in case it relates to me.. thank you for that information it’s really helpful 🫶🏽💫
@@SuzyDarling04 You’re not ignorant at all, if things don’t apply to you why should you know about them. My son has sheets of paper that he writes his bp results down on to send to his doctor. I don’t know if he got them with the machine. It would be good if they come with it when you buy one. I’m sure it’ll become clear and hubby will help. Never be scared to ask someone. Hopefully you’ll be sorted in the next few months after the ultra sound and you will get meds if you need them and start to feel better. xx 💐

Yes your right suzy..i have endometriosis&a cyst its debilitating long time to get diagnosed i hsd keyhole surgery to get checked yrs ago.
Period times are very painful.&if it is endo&you have done videos suffering then WELL DONE YOU👏.i wish you well❤

If you can afford to then go private for the ultrasound scan as it could take longer than three months, if it not marked as urgent then it’ll get bumped off for emergency appointments. Think the cost is around couple hundred pounds. Worth investigating as you’d get seen in couple weeks. Hopefully bloods come back in a couple days and you’ll know the results. Folate is folic acid/vitamin B9. Good luck with it all 💗

@@SuzyDarling04 I only know as I am mid testing (for something else). B12 and folate work together in the body. The body is an incredible machine.
You are a breath of fresh air! Love your down to earth attitude. So good you had a supportive Dr. I have high BP but it’s controlled now by medicines. So many foods help with lowering BP.

Hi , I've suffered with Endometriosis, ovarian and chocolate cysts for years. Usually when you go for the ultrasound they do a transvaginal internal scan as the external ultrasound never shows anything clearly. Hopefully they will do this for you. If you don't get answers ask for a referral to a gynaecologist xx
Hey, have you got yours under control? Meds or surgery? I didn’t consider it could be both.. we will find out & yeah if I get sent away this time I’ll keep pushing for answers Xo

Hi Suzy do you know you can request to see a female doctor huni , my sister was diagnosed with Endometriosis when she was in here late 20’s she used to have a terrible time just before and during her periods she is now 56 and going through the menopause ,I hope you get it all sorted love and can I just say you have a great pair of legs I would die for legs like yours 😉😁. The house is coming on Amazing can’t wait to see it when it’s all finished ,your Ash is a grafter ,sending you a massive virtual hug ,Katie 🌸💜🌸

I have high blood pressure I take tablets each day which having high blood pressure puts you at risk for heart attacks and strokes

Hi my lovely first of all the reason some doctors tell u to do blood pressure at home is because some people have what they call white coat syndrome and yes it is I real thing it’s when you enter doctors surgery or hospital or just talking to a doctor it can send your blood pressure sky hi my husband has it the other problem u have you will need to have a biopsy which is how they found out I had it and u have the choose to be asleep which I did so u don’t have to know about anything xx hope all this helps a little I’m no doctor but all sounds familiar xxx
