Suzy you should go to your gp. You might be perimenopausal. It can start 10 years in advance of meno pause. Im the same. You get hrt patches for peri meno, they help your low mood and energy levels. Take care. Ps love your top xx
I’ve a GP appointment booked in for tomorrow actually. Ive had a look at symptoms for this & although I do suffer with a couple of them - they could just relate to my periods.. which are regular. I also sleep really well & don’t have much stress so I’m not quite sure if it could be that.. something I will definitely learn more about and ask my GP though. Thank you for sharing that info with me it’s really helpful 🫶🏽

You could put a few drops in the bath I suppose, I’d just be concerned about slipping, I tend to use it as a moisturiser for my body and it’s great for shaving . Coconut has antibacterial/anti fungal properties so I also use it as a foot soak as I’m on my feet a lot.
