The video is not speeded up. It takes around 11 minutes and 30 seconds for light containment zone to lockdown, despite the fact that the timer shows different timescale.

Once I got trolled and locked in the scroll room with no key card, waiting upon my death. But someone was a miracle and started the nuke, opening every door. I disabled it in heavy, Then got killed by a chaos

I'll show you how he actually did it in a few steps. 1. Create a non-dedicated server 2. Open console with |°~ 3. Say "adminme" 4. Close console, start the match and open remote admin (M) 5. Go to txt-based RA. 6. Give yourself noclip 7. Sit at the countdown tablet like an idiot for 11.5 minutes.

The C.A.S.S.I.E system will periodically announce how much time is left before the decontamination. This was a mechanic to essentially shrink the playing field so that its easier to hunt down remaining players and end the game.
What's the point of getting a keycard when you could just camp at one exit and change between that and other close location until the 30 second mark hits, so you can pass through the "permanently" open checkpoint?

The CASSIE Lcz decontamination timer is automatically sped up by the game.

As the time approaches 0, it progressively gets closer to real time. It's only accurate when you reach the 30 second warning (for obvious reasons)
The timer never reaches normal, at 25 seconds I paused it and skipped 10 seconds and ended at 17
