You saying these cards are not what the deck needed is flat out wrong. They never had tuners that could summon themselves, they never had a monster negate either. You can stop nib, you can play through HT now, you can play without gateway now. These cards do so much for the deck.
Six Sam was my absolute favorite archetype and deck to run back in the day when my friends and I would duel all night long. Between this, the shark support, and the new primordial archetype, I’m definitely hyped for this new set. I’m buying at least 2 booster boxes just so I can build some of these decks. Super cool imo.

09:30 important thing with him everyone seems to miss is that he is light and ment to be used if u end up going 2nd , but him being light and 2 materials (unlike rizan who is 3 materials ) is the most important and best thing about him
05:22 cards that are getting released all together, cover exactly all point that were missing , lvl6 dark synchro is effect negate , lvl6 light is for going 2nd , lvl2 EARTH TUNER THAT SPECIAL SUMMONS HIMSELF and lvl3 tu er that special summons himself , that insane , kageki eats handtrap and u go full combo he can't stop , insane potential , afraid to even think about 3 gateways , n u know they are gonna go up to 2 or 3 right about before the release , they always do that

As someone who has only been playing Yu-Gi-Oh for 3 years but had always loved the game, this is my problem with Yu-Gi-Oh and people who talk about Yu-Gi-Oh. Cali saying these cards aren't good because they don't help the deck? You have a monster with a spell trap negate. A monster with a monster negate. Neither are hard OPTs. An excellent building block synchro. And other monsters that swarm the field with ease. And a spell that's damn near bannedable. this is how decks should be made!!! Stop making powerful effect monsters like Baronne and Savage with no restrictions. They always complaining about decks being too powerful but shit on decks when they are somewhat balanced. Imagine if snake eyes had a fire restrictions on it. We wouldn't be call for a ban. We need more off this!
from the past few years, the major weakness of six samurai was a monster negate. imagine having now a monster negate from a new shi en card. a spell/trap negate from the previous lss shi en and a shogun shi en effect wherein u can only activate 1. thats a potential turn 1 contro deck
@@xinember3002unfortunately the “opponent can only activate 1 spell/trap per turn” doesn’t count if you negate that one with old shi en synchro so that’s potentially two backrow, but yeah those plus the new one being a monster negate makes for a mean board and that’s without looking at the rest of the tools they have

Now if the archetype gets a pot of avarice, more support for the secret six sam and most likely can see kizan becoming a future klesha six samurai synchro since shi en, enishi and kizan are the main six samurai trio
mind you, the new shien synchros negate is not a HOPT. so 3 of them give you 3 monster negates.

Doesn't matter if Gateway of the Six remains at 1. The deck relies heavily on what happens to gateway, it either goes to 3 or remains irrelevant.

Facts none of that matters with gateway at 1. Gateway at 1 is the reason the deck became unplayable.
@kevinbuckmon4034 now it has become easier to protect gateway, and we also have a way to search it through the link monster. One gateway is fine

the level 6 Synchro effect is a soft once Per Turn for negate a Card.
The level modulation effect is actually super impactful against tenpai, gimmick puppets and tachyon which are all going to be meta relevant.
Also, people saying a 2 card 8 negate board is “terrible support” need to quit playing Yugioh.

The level drop effect ruins xyz, synchro and some link strategies. Completely dismantles the whole level 2 and 3 engines.

Every modern yugioh card or archetype coming out in modern yugioh is just another way for you and your opponent to play solitaire with each other, with hand traps seeing who can stop who :)

The level tuner messes up synchro and xyz. TEMPI CANT SYNCHRO , and horus and Kashtira can't really make what they want. I'm not mad.
Anarchist's level manipulation is amazing in the upcoming format. Can't make beatrice or wave king. Can't make yubel xyz monsters. Stops synchro decks from even playing the game. WAY better than lowering attack by 500

With Isolde banned no thanks to Diabellstar, All Warrior decks are dead. Noble knights, Six Samurai, Star warriors etc. All dead. So giving new six samurai support is not a way to compensate TCG KoMONEY’s mistake. Just unban Isolde or just Errata Isolde 🤦🏻♂️
The number of cards that were unfairly punished because of Konami's own doing when the issues could've been resolved by just pulling an errata is questioning to say the very least
