This looks really good! Only things I'd recommend are making the magazine extend into the gun, and cutting down on unnecessary triangles, like the ones that stretch over the top of the upper receiver.
This is an incredible amount of work. Looks amazing, so I think it's worth it, but do you still use this workflow? I feel like there should be some part that could be a little more automated.
