Great video - A friend of Dr. McDougall was Dr. Henry Heimlich famous for the Heimlich maneuver. The American Heart Ass & Red Cross fought him for years. They claimed a slap to the back was the way to go, but it would just log an item deeper into ones throat. Admitting the Heimlich maneuver was more effective than a back slap would mean they have been wrong. AMA & ARC don't recommend the Heimlich Maneuver. From his Dr. McDougalls newsletter - In my opinion (Dr. McDougall), this case is an instructive example of egos harming the public-a problem shared with most other medically accepted treatments that are used every day, related to heart surgery, cancer, and diabetes. Money, of course, is the primary motivation for wrongdoers.
Yes. I just eat healthy foods, and I don't ever count calories. I'm 5'9", and weigh 160 lbs = same as senior year high school. Videos include what I eat in a day, omad diet, spartan vegan diet.
Thank you Dr. Roger’s for your exceptional contribution to helping others.
A channel like this should have a MILLION subscribers.
Thanks!
“A grain of salt.” But that’s it. 😂
Two expensive cures, rather than one genius prevention. Which doctors do the medical industrial complex favour, i wonder?
I find it very frustrating how wiki describes McDougall. It shouldn't be allowed
It comes from hatred of the proles. Denying them access to truth. Weak ee peed is another sellout to big dinero keeping the proles ignorant

Yes. It seems strange to say it, but healthcare is one of the most unscientific fields.
Great vid. How many calories per day do you recommend on a starch based diet? Would you do a video on what you eat in a day??
He has already done what he eats in a day…

@@PeterRogersMDThanks will watch them today 👍. Gotta say your vids are so refreshing. Much appreciated
All they have to do is go to McDougall's site and see DECADES of research papers 😂
