Beautiful book... The Third Jesus. Thank you. I am going to do my best today to purchase it at Barnes&Noble nearby. This morning lesson was excellent. It is as Christ taught to turn the other cheek. I was blessed to have been outdoors before intently listening and taking notes. Yes, a process. I feel so much having always been forgiving of others more than my own forgiveng of self. Yet the process begun with deep spiritual growth the last years, all went away as I am so still deeply steeped in the teaching as a young Catholic. I totally understand this concept and The Lord's Prayer. I had read a wonderful book years ago regarding its deeper and deepest meaning. I wish I could share the name of the very long ago read book. I had gone through spiritual practices for a longer time than only recent years letting go. Letting love be my guide. I shall take today's journey with you and begin again. Thanks awfully much for seeing this gift of a message! So much love is in the air. Today is the Full Moon for all the world - so perfect w/what I shared in prayer and grounding earlier. Loving the insight, growth and messages.

To forgive others for what they do to me is important to myself - so I forgive Them in order to see Them as human beings, unconsciously Harming and hurtig me - and then I can go on to transcend their reactivity ! Before in life, I was angry and reactive, hurtng myself Now I can stay friends or go away being much more in peace with myself, respecting myself!❤️

Prayer and exercise can help alot with depression or the end of thoughts.
Releasing yourself from guilt can be difficult particularly when the person you wronged can't find forgiveness for you.

Its so difficult when your feelings are suppressed and u dont know whats what. You just know u suffering. No peace no joy, low self esteem. Isolation sleeplessness anger anxiety.
I have embraced a more Genghis Khan approach, guilt free. 😊
I'm a little confused. You said we forgive others to give ourselves peace. Then you talk about how to unblock the awareness of our own forgiveness. It's not really making sense, at least not in the context of the Christian model you are talking about.
I liked the steps to forgiveness section. Thinking of guilt and emotions from the past as shadows, ghosts and stuck energies dissipating and returning to their source. Also, how you broke the act of forgiveness itself into a point that is reached when a space is cleared for it.
I did also get a little confused about the reality/unreality angle. I mean I believe thoughts and emotions are real so the negative emotions seem like they're real as well. Maybe work in the samskara angle to help round out that meaning. The samskara concept makes a lot of sense to me in general.

As God’s most beautiful Angel was his suffering and plight to create a kingdom to something he wanted from God truly a sin? God assigns a decree of judgement upon the first fallen Star…..and those who sin before God designing hatred against their own suffering, shall live as a fools in darkness, for in the darkness, in the depths of the blackest darkness you will perish or begin to see the light you are within..
