    여러분 제가 나름대로 노력했지만 맞춤법이나 영어문법도 가끔 틀리네요😭 이번에도 영상에서 ‘닭가슴살 스테이크를’ 인데 ‘스테이크을’ 이라고 쓰고 난리 났어요.. 이정도면 0개국어가 아닌가..?🧐 다음부터는 더 분발하도록 하겠습니다! 항상 감사하고 사랑해요💓

    운동 이야기..제 얘긴 줄..ㅋㅋㅋ운동 못하는 상황일때는 그렇게나 하고 싶은데 또 하루,이틀 지속적으로 하다보면 세상 그렇게 귀찮을수가 없어요ㅋㅋㅋ하고 나면 뿌듯하고 개운하고 좋은데 말이죠

    운동 가기전에 엄청 귀찮고 이핑계 저핑계 자기 합리화 하는데 막상가면 열심히하고 끝나면 상쾌하고 더 즐겁습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

    나나님 그 해드셨던 닭가슴살 샌드위치?? 거기에 닭가슴살대신 그 크래미맛살 넣으시면 더 맛있어요 열량도 열량이지만 닭가슴살처럼 단백질인데다가 닭가슴살보다 부드럽고 특유의 달달함이 있어서 소스에 간이 팍 있지 않아도 맛있게 먹을수 있더라구요 치즈랑도 조합 좋아서 요즘 잘해먹구 있어요 함 드셔보세용

    When I worked at a restaurant, we made coffees too and I hated making the frothed milk 😂
    I used to find it so tricky and it took me a while to get a hang of it

    I just weighed myself today and I was really shock cause I gained 3kg😳. But my body still look okay( maybe good?) i wonder if it just because I gained more muscle😂. And ur job look so interesting, all the drinks looks so good 🥰

      Thats why the scale isn’t always good to go to. Bc. It’s water weight maybe. Due to hormones, or salt or carbs. It’s not fat that you’re gained. A coupole of kg up and down is normal for a woman especially in her luteal phase. So don’t worry.

    How do you not snack? Especially during diet period

      Esther Er she eats very healthy and includes protein, fats and carbohydrates. When you balance your meals really well like she does you stay full until next meal. I usually try to do a complete lunch and big meal and really I don’t get hungry for hours.

      If I get hungry between lunch and dinner, I normally eat small amount of dark chocolate or fruits :) It will help you to control hunger during diet period❤️❤️

      Esther Er do it gradually and over time you will get used to a smaller portion. You could also use smaller plates so when it’s full you actually think you’re eating a lot
