  • Sorry, it is very dark to see.
A busy weekend for Motorbike maintenance & video editing,
this may be of help & reference for somebody looking to service their own GSR.

Great idea with the guttering buddy. I do like to see people doing DIY.

Thanks Mr B, who wants to pay for an easy task, the hardest bit is trying to film it - as you well knowRSM8

Shit, if you could make the video any darker that would be great.

Gary Coleman about 23nm or 16.5lb/ft no more, or go a little less if using the old washer as it is already crushed down, I just put a bit of Hylomar around the old one 😉. Now I show that on my GSX S1000 Oil change Video, although I sold the GSR 750, I've had those for 6 years in all so know a bit about them.

Thank you for posting this :) btw, do you know which oil type that comes out when you remove the screw a little bit up from the oil screw? opens with an umbrako. I opened that by a mistake and now i dont know where to refill it and which type of oil it is :/

if it is in the centre by the top of the sump, don't worry that is just an oil gallery plug, so would only be engine oil.

Doesn't the oil come out quicker if you have the bike on the side stand? Btw. I just got sub nr. 555, recognize that number? :p

I don't think so, but it made it a little harder to do the job, the sump plug is to one side rather than the middle, great number btw, thanks for the comment!

daniel781984 that’s what it says in the Handbook, so why be different, I don’t put Petrol in my Diesel car, 😂

OK, so search Ebay & they suggest Semi Synthetic, NEVER Fully :-) I use the same in my GSX S1000.
