I’ve been following the monthly workout plans by trimester since week 5 of my pregnancy, and have been loving the daily movement challenge! I’m 35 weeks pregnant now and have my c-section scheduled for 39 weeks so this was my last time doing this Pilates video! Ahh! Starting to feel real. My OB cleared me to keep up the strength workouts until the day before my delivery and I truly credit this program with keeping me in good strong shape throughout my pregnancy. This is my second baby and I wish I had these for my first pregnancy! My family tells me I’m doing so much better this time around. Thank you NML! 😊

Almost 38 weeks and I really didn’t want to workout today. Being in maternity leave with no kid yet sometimes it’s just hard to find motivation to do anything but I’m always sooo happy when I manage to do your workouts, they make me feel strong and accomplished! Also I love to read the comments of other mamas here, that often gives me the extra motivation I need ❤ We can do it!! 💪🏽Sending love from Germany 🇩🇪
This was perfect for me today! Got quite the burn in. I’m 30 weeks with my second and am so thankful for your prenatal workouts. I’m going to start your new pregnancy calendar on Monday to keep me active in this 3rd trimester!
So grateful for your body weight only workouts like this! Just before I hit 3rd trimester with my 3rd baby I had to drop weights altogether because they were causing me lower back pain every time I worked out. So glad to keep working out the way that works for me in this phase! :)
I’ve been doing ALL your strength work out since second trimester… That was awesome, but I got really bad external hémorroids, I couldn’t train for like 2 weeks and a half. Now I’m at 38 weeks and decide not using weight anymore. I’m happy that it still feel tough and challenging! Thank you 😊💪

would this workout be okay if i'm suffering from pelvic pain/SPD? I am looking for a workout with both strengthening elements as well as stretching. Thanks

Yes in my strength training videos! For the barre workouts you can always add 2-5 Ibs to the workouts and/or ankle weights!
