- Yes! It is Here! The 2021 AMG Steering Wheel! After a couple of posts on Instagram, we noticed that a lot of you are really interested in seeing this one in a detailed video so here we go!

Information about the Mercedes Benz 2021 AMG E53 Coupe 4 Matic for PetrolHeads:
It’s equipped with a 435 HP 3.0 liter 6 cylinder in row engine which produces 520 Nm of torque + EQ boost.
0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 4.4 seconds.
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155mph)

Wow, way too much happening on this steering wheel. I will guess that just resting your hand on the spoke risks swiping a pad and changing some settings, not to mention leaving even more greasy fingerprints. Mercedes really needs to reconsider how much tech they expect people to manage, especially from the wheel, when all of these controls are duplicated in the centre console.

I love this steering wheel and how responsive the swiping system is, especially compared to the previous one. The technology that this all-new steering wheel has is also very cool. Mercedes-Benz released some information on what is new. I hope this is on the C-Class too! 😱 It is amazing.
I am happy that the E-Class finally gets the latest cockpit infotainment processor with MBUX. The older one was great at the time, but it was still using the older system which was not too great compared to this.
Now I wait for the S-Class and C-Class! 😎

Previous steering wheel looked better imo, they only needed to add MBUX.

Love the interior but I'm still undecided on the steering wheel. I love the steering wheel in my 2020 C63 S. I like to rest my hand on the bottom of the wheel with my ring and middle finger thru the 2 bottom spokes, can't do that with this one.

Very sorry! I don’t like the design of this new steering wheel. Functionality it is great, but visually it is not as good as the older version steering wheel
You don’t need to like everything and I totally understand your view, for me the old one was literally PERFECT this one is just good and I started to finally like it 😅
Steering wheel is cool. But I'm not a fan of the piano finish on the buttons as the finish is susceptible to swirl marks and finger prints. I have piano black on my console in my E63S and it sucks. Also, I would have liked to see the metal AMG spoke flow through the bottom of the steering wheel, so when you turn the wheel you see the metal on the bottom - like the S class. Last the plastic airbag looks cheap. Just my two cents...it's the best or nothing!

No! The new Mercedes steering wheels came with 3 new versions: Exclusive, Supersport and AMG! The AMG just comes with the one in this video 😊

Steering wheel is AMAZING compared to other luxury brands like BMW or AUDI. I love the futuristic design of the steering wheel. But there is one thing that catches my eye. THAT HORRIBLE PLASTIC HORN COVER IS NASTY! Leather horn cover with stitching would look and feel so much better.

Mr. Benz63 I understand u are a Mercedes fan but they are not what they use to be. The fact that their high end cars can freak easily is sad. A mainstream vehicle such as Toyota have better build quality.
William Liu not really, Mercedes benz has problems due to their over engineering. Toyota’s are simple that’s why they have less issues
