NCRST joins hands with Welwitchia University. By: Isai Sipunga

An agreement aimed at enabling strategic collaborative enterprise research, innovation, training and development was signed by The National Commission on Research Science and Technology (NCRST), and the Welwitchia University. Professor Scholastika Iipinge from the Welwitchia University gave her comments on the partnership. As part of their mandate to coordinate Research, Science, Technology and Innovation (RSTI), NCRST has entered into multiple partnerships with different institutions of higher learning in an effort to promote efforts in continued funding of RSTI. The Memorandum of Understanding became effective as of the 3rd of August 2017 and will be active for the next three years.
