This limit varies on various factors, like pipe materials, space constraints - which not allowing us to make long radius bend. Short radius Bends in pipeline will restrain the service flow and the line will not be scrapable for maintenance. It is very clear with our Saudi client standard (I can not take the Name)- for example- cold preformed bend- for 6 inch pipe maximum 4.5 Deg per 300mm. it reduces with diameter. for 36 inch and higher- 0.5 deg per bite-@450mm interval.
