Many thanks to the "Friends of Croft" Facebook group for posting the amazing picture of Stokes in his booth (with Roxie) shown at the end of this video. This is the way I will always remember my friend - WB4KST.
To the folks at Croft he was the best volunteer they ever had, to us he was WB4KST, and to you all he was Fr. Stokes - he had many roles and was loved by all.
@@twooldmeninthewoods. Fr. Stokes and I would often pass each other and mutter “diddy dum dum diddy”! Folks around ask “what are you talking about. I just responded “inside joke”. 73 Dale KD0M

Thanks ... glad you enjoyed it!
Stokes was an assistant Priest at the Anglican Church I attended. He was a great man and he is missed. RIP Fr. Stokes

Rest in Peace Stokes Smith! One of the best people I've ever met.
We couldn't agree more ... Stokes was one of the good ones.
Great video! Congratulations for getting the Ham radio license.
Thanks ... can't wait to activate a summit with the Carolinas newest ham!
