I think it's #2, because by the third if it's a really good beer then you can't taste it as well. Unless you're taking your time
I'll never drink, but I do really like this topic.
Well that’s subjective as people have different alcohol tolerance.
Joey confirming he just doesn't like beef at all xD
Imo
Tacos > burgers
Ramen > sushi
Pasta > steak
Fried chicken > curry (this one was tough ngl)
Ice cream > burrito
Pizza > soup
BBQ > bread (easiest choice imo)
Sausage > fried rice (I assume fried rice is separate from just rice)
Tacos > sushi
Pasta > curry
As an italian that don't like when italian people say that we are the only one with good food , pasta is the goat .
as someone who lived in nyc, an argument for soup: i’d take filipino sinigang, korean soon dubu, seattle clam chowder over the best pizza in nyc any day.
Gazpacho, menudo, pho, tom yum, chicken noodle, the list goes on and on. Soup is underrated
Forgot about borscht too
omg korean food mentioned 😭❤️ gamjatang is also top tier soup/stew you gotta try
@@seanrush3723 salmorejo goes hard too
Nobody cares bro 😂
1:32:00 Actually, in Italy there are typical plates with bottarga, that are fish eggs, and stuff like mussels and clams and many other seafood pasta dishes
That sounds like a good seafood dish/meal.
Linguine with clams
The trash take tournament is here
The what constitutes a pizza argument made my brain liquify and slip out of my ear
This would be a very different episode if they didn't switch Spaghetti to Pasta.
I totally get connor on the topic of the beer not tasting the same depending on how deep you are in the night. sometimes its that 3rd or 4th beer that just tastes amazing while the ones before or after arent as good. Once again, he is being unrightfully clowned on!
I'm seeing a lot of agreement in the comments, but I'm with Joey and Garnt, first beer is best beer. I think we approach drinking differently though. I don't even remember the last time I had more than three beers.
Connor also unironically considers beer a food and not a drink, which is just factually incorrect lol
@@TobiDaJoker Its funny you would bring that up. I am german and we call beer "liquid bread"... so... idk... I can see that one might think beer has some characteristics shared with food considering its ability to (kind of?) make you (feel?) full, but calling it a food just really feels wrong. On a sidenote: I am not bavarian so that might explain my stance on this topic, because they started calling it liquid bread. Nevertheless I think Connor had *some* takes on trash taste that didnt necessarily deserved to be clowned on and were only clowned on because joey and garnt either didnt get what connor was saying or just didnt agree with him (which is fine ofc). There is one thing you cant deny: it is pretty fucking entertaining watching them debate this stuff.
@@fluffiestsugar I totally agree with you. I, as a german, love beer for the most part, so naturally our views differ. And I think that is exactly the case with the boys here, because I percieve joey and garnt as occasional drinkers, whereas connor might be out drinking more often.

Im sorry but soup can never be the best. There are definitely good soup, even some that you listed but top tier of all foods? Nope
Honestly, I love seeing them talk about stuff. I hope their next 3x3 episode is about TV Shows.
pasta beating tacos was the realest trash taste ive heard on this channel
"OH NOW YOU CARE ABOU BREAD"
I was saying the exact same thing to myself out loud...
As a mexican, I'm not only offended by the fact that these guys chose flour tortillas over maiz tortillas, but they chose pizza over. As a caldo enjoyer, I would gladly take that over a pizza.
I think its because theyve only ever had hardshell corn tortilla shells, and not the soft corn tortillas. I def prefer soft corn tortillas 1000% of the time, esp for some street tacos
@@huttserlthey've been to LA enough to get decent tacos
Mexican food sucks D
There is an argument to be made that it's just pizza in a different form tho
Nah italians got this in the bag from the start
1:03:45
"Soup is like just watered-down Curry"
Connor just said the most Asian thing I've ever heard
The best soup I've ever tasted taste much better than the best pizza I've ever tasted and I've been to Italy
Pizza is more consistent in quality but Soup has the most variety of anything on this list
That 2 spoon of coffee story made me laugh so hard, I almost crashed my motorcycle.
Right off the rip, as soon as Joey said "Chicken Burgers" I recoiled lol. Those are sandwiches, burgers are beef 99% of the time and 1% of the time it's pork 😂
the fact that in the discussion of bread vs bbq the fact that sandwiches was not mentioned at all is a sin
Its funny that we are over half way to getting to episode 420
😂😂
Bruh, I was so confused, I don't think I've ever had a taco with flour tortilla
Flour tortillas for a taco is blasphemous for my small Mexican heart
After this episode, I've concluded Wagyu in Japan is the US equivalent of a Big Mac. 🤣
Tacos over Burgers is the most Trash Taste thing I've ever heard. Pun intended.
they are just better, enjoy your bland ground beef
As soon as they said they prefer flour tortilla tacos I knew this would be a train wreck that I cant stop watching.
18:26 the boys where talking abt birria taco
Hearing them call them fried tacos is so funny, Birria + consume (that’s the broth) is goated and is so popular now
technically birria is shallow fried
have you seen the amount of oil in the consomme
so... not wrong(?)
I would say barbacoa. they say serve them with the sauce, and that's how they are served in Guadalajara. we make them crunchy and we dunk them in the consome
@@littlemorte rest my family is from Monterrey and i have seen barbacoa with broth or sauce, i assume Birria cus Connor was in LA and LA ppl love Birria tacos in current moment
@@razzman5778 I have been in LA, I’ve seen both honestly but the crunchy were barbacoa.
8:15 I cant stand for this. Y’all never had good tacos.
It’s pretty clear they’ve never had authentic Mexican food lmao
Yea I’m an Mexican audio listener (Spotify) and I had to leave the episode to come look at the comments
@@erikzamora1491 same lmao, I was like bruh, NO Mexicans eat soft or hard shell tacos, that’s tex mex food 🤣
i stg if they've only had american tacos then this debate is pointless
Not putting lasagna in when THE GREATEST LASAGNA CHEF IN THE WORLD is right there is a crime
So Bread > BBQ but Sausages > Bread? what?
It is the correct take.
Sausage > BBQ
@reutermo but generally most people consider sausages a part of bbq right?
You do realize that sausages are also a part of barbecue, right?@@reutermo
Not really, it’s a meat that’s a part of BBQ, but you can cook it in other means. I don’t know them all but I know they exist
@@DrBepis-jo7qt any meat in a barbecue can be cooked in other means
As a mexican who has never been to the US, I have absolutely no idea of what they're talking about when they talk about tacos lol
Tacos are a lifestyle more than a dish
Their perspective was definitely from outsiders looking in and only seeing the American version of tacos.
They all taste better homemade regardless of which is the best
Connor sounding like he is doing a sponsor ad read making his argument for bread is gold.
The beer discussion in the beginning was a certified EU Moment. CONNOR I GET YOU. 2nd and 2nd last beer are the best!
Why are people going so hard at the chicken burger vs chicken sandwich thing? It literally looks like a burger most of the time.
I used to love pizza, but the older I got, the less I liked it. Meanwhile, my love for soup hasn't changed, so that's unfortunate to see it get eliminated so quickly.
I think pizza is higher for me but soup got shafted. The plethora of good soups is unmatched
just can't handle as much fat anymore. soup is a nice, light and comfy meal
@@bruh10246 and there's even soup that can fill you up while tasting amazing
I’m already reached the point where a tt food ep make me feel exhausted 😅
As a Hispanic growing up the Tex-Mex area of Texas where Mexican culture surrounded me all my life, growing up eating some of the tastiest most delicious tacos, whether they'd be hard shell, soft shell, corn tortilla, flour tortilla, beef filling, chicken filling, pork filling, with all the most wonderful freshest seasonings and ingredients, I'd still pick Burgers over Tacos.
😦
Dude! I’ve been drinking coffee since I was 4!
winner is already clear, its the kebab/döner/dürum!
18:10 are they talking about a BIRRIA TACOS? XD
yep
Asian family here. We marinate our streaks, usually ribeye, with garlic, sugar, supreme soy sauce, and vietnamese fish sauce at minimum overnight. You get a steak so flavorful that I have never eaten it with any sauce.
I have to agree with Garnt - first beer really is the best. After a long hot day, you go to the pub. Bartender pours you a nice cold cripsy beer - and you're gulping that down like water. It's one of the best feelings in the world.
I started this episode right after lunch. By the time it finished, I was starving.
The soup slander here kills me
