Why can’t he confirm the sale of each plot size? What is he hiding? People will still be put off even if they come directly to him and know the price is very high. We know prices are already very high in that area so he should not hide it. Why open gutters? Can’t they be covered in that area? Where are the trees etc? We need these to enhance the quality of the place.

It’s not an extension of East legon , you guys are just using the name to market your project. It’s not even at East legon and the man who built East legon is not even a part of it. So stop the lies. Sell your land/project but don’t use others peoples project to promote you’re own. If you are going to have the same quality say that but don’t call it an extension, because East legon have nothing to do with you people ✌🏾
Actually that place is within Ashaiman, Akatamanso area , so I just don't know why they call it so just to make prices of land there so expensive. I really did AirBnB there last year on my visit to Ghana and looks so scary driving at night there. Well, to Ghanaian standards, it is " PRIME AREA" LOL

Dude cannot mention prices because he knows the prices look scary. $75000 buys an acre of land ( which is over 6 plots of land in Ghana standard plot) in Mckinney, Texa, a well Gated community Estate with tarred riads, all the amenities in place already. But hey, this Ghana for you where land which is not imported and did not attract any import duty, is sold in dollars.

I don't see a Red flag at all he explained all properties are different sizes so therefore it's a matter of Jaw jaw and negotiations if the price doesn't suit u simply walk away. That's fine in my books
