- Today the Carnival Celebration docks in St. Thomas, but because the rain, we stay on board to hang out in the hot tub, and try Guy's Burger Joint again.

Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl..... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

We were on Wonder in February. It rained all but two half days of our eight days. I was getting cabin fever, so we left the ship in St. Thomas and took a bus tour of the island in the rain. I wish it was at least funny, but it wasn’t. Rain is rain. Good idea to stay on the ship, but not enough to distract me.
Your delivery is definitely dry and sarcastic- LOVE IT. I think only people like us get it. Especially when you're like, "Oh imagine if they fell?" Cracks me up- because you know we are all thinking that.

You’re so correct grabbing food with your hands is disgusting. And also going back up and using a dirty dish. So many people do not get a new plate. They think they’re doing the ship of favor for less dishes or something.
Hello , we met in Disney Springs, a highlight for me. My wife was in line getting us a cookie she was so jealous. Anyways, you are so right about food safety. Maybe Carnival should add a food safety video to their hiw to videos. Anyways, I love your take on cruising.
I love your style of humor. I find it hilarious. Everybody don’t get it and that’s okay. I repeated one of your dark jokes to my sister because I found it so funny and she looked at me like I was crazy because I was laughing so hard. She said ‘why are you laughing at that’? Some get it, some don’t. I love it. 😂
We take a lot of cruises we get off every now and then but when we stay on the ship we have free range of the ship hardly anybody on the ship it's awesome
We just got off the Independence of the Seas yesterday morning after getting an extra sea day due to hurricane Milton. I’ve had both burgers from Guys and Playmaker’s for the first time on this cruise. I do like the burgers at Playmaker’s better. And the onion rings are really good as well! 👍🏻
Glad you explained the Pirate thing. I was pretty sure it is "dry humor" but you deliver it so seriously it makes you wonder. I have a similar dry humor that catches people out and I have to respond that is was a joke.
I only wait in line to board cruises, for free gold...or emergency air flights out of a disaster area. ;)
I do get your sense of humour, I think it's very Sardonic. "Sardonic" describes a form of humor or sarcasm that is grimly mocking or cynical. It's often used to convey a sense of scornful derision. Imagine someone making a cutting remark with a smirk-that’s the vibe!
That can sound bad, but it is that dry commentary on things that go sideways etc., etc., it's not bad and I'm exactly that way.
Same thing happened to us on that island, so we took a taxi to the banana daiquiri gift shop on top of the mountain. I suggest you guys try it! Great view of Megans Bay from up there too. ❤

I really don't like "pirate activity" or when they "network". 😂 I can't with the Carnival food safety standards and clientele... I have seen occasional poor etiquette in food safety on other cruise lines but it's so much more prevalent on Carnival.
Finally someone speaks the truth about guys burgers It's good but it's not the holy Grail of burgers, and in my opinion the hamburger with the mozzarella and pepperoni is disgusting and people on TH-cam rave so much about it.
I see a lot of people licking their fingers and then using the buffet tongs. At guys burger it's not as good as it used to be

I would have reported the guest who put their hands in the burger toppings. Such carnival behaviour smh.
Also, the joke about the fish getting chopped up was funny and anyone who takes it seriously is simply too sensitive.
I've seen that on all the ships. They need to have a staff member next to them. That's so gross. and they should have reported it for sure.

People are gross. If you see people doing that, then report them. People do that stuff everywhere. I don't know why they don't have all the toppings behind the counter with someone who can hand them out.
