This is a cute, especially for children to work on a clown face design without worry about mistakes. However, Snazaroo (though it is a fabulous product line for things like face painting clients at special events) is water-based, and won't hold up long when heat, perspiration, or water get to it - as in an "authentic clowning situation" :o). It will wash away very quickly, even when set with a setting spray. "Serious" beginner clowns who choose to wear makeup (some don't) really need to learn how to use a greasepaint (like Mehron), or a creme-based (like Ben Nye) clown makeup, and how to properly set it with powder. It makes for a much better, long-lasting funny face. Have Fun!

This is a great design, but I find Snazaroo white paint to be really junky. The one with the best coverage is Diamond FX white, which you can find on eBay and many face painting supply websites.
