Hiya. Thank you for all of your lovely tutorials. I'm hoping to be able to paint as easily as this one day!! I had a question that I was hoping you could answer. I have just started to practice face painting. I have practiced three times to date! I've bought some glitters and sticky gems and I'm using snazaroo paints. I've also bought some aloe gel. The problem I'm having is when I put the gel onto the face to stick the glitter on it destroys the paint beneath it. How can i get around this please? Thanks. Jo.
Hi! We have a face painting kit from snazaroo which has several colours. We have trouble painting white over other colours - for example, white over orange turns yellow, white over red turns pinskish. I've even tried applying 2 layers of white to see if it would actually turn out white, but it seems to always blend with the colour underneath. Any tips or tricks or idea why this is happening?
do you wet the sponge to do the designs. Because i do but i woul like not to do it, because the kids has a mess on their face in the middle of the party.
It's time to start thinking of our New Years Resolutions! What are yours? If you're looking to do more face painting next year, take a look at our video tutorials with Ashlea Henson! Watch them all here: th-cam.com/video/P9NOthBU_Zg/w-d-xo.html
The most important part in my opinion is the brushes. It'd help me a LOT if you or anyone in comments could help direct me to the brushes in order of steps as well. THANKS.
If you search for Ashlea Henson on TH-cam, the last video she posted gave details about brush sizes as well as how she sets up her equipment :) hope this helps
I would love to know where to buy some decent brushes! Most of the brushes I've looked at on google are either in America or are acrylic/oil artists brushes!
