I used to help out at a radio station on the Steel Pier in Atlantic City in my teens. We had Bob and Helen in the studio twice! Oh, they were just the nicest couple and Bob, especially had a hilarious sense of humor. He had us laughing so hard, we had tears in our eyes. Helen must have thought I was cute (frankly, I was!), because when the were appearing at the pier the following year, they came in and the first thing she exclaimed is "There's that darling boy!", and she ran over and pinched me on the cheek! How wonderful, and she made me feel very special because she'd remembered me a year later. They were the greatest " boy and girl" singers ever. Helen had her wonderful style and Bob had a voice that sometimes gave you that feeling when you hear something beautiful down your spine. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve loved this version of green eyes ever since I first heard it back in the mid-80s!!!
This one is only called Green eyes not green Eyed Elaine. Thanks though. I do like this one though.
