A little backstory: They met on set in Puerto Rico for the film they’re starring in together. Megan said she knew from the moment they told her who her costar was that it was going to change her life. Colson sat outside her trailer every day trying to get her attention. They had to stop filming because of covid but eventually went back. There was also a hurricane about to hit them, and Colson didn’t want his time with Megan to end, so he bared his soul to a Banyan tree and the next day the hurricane changed routes and hit the island next to them. Hence the name of the song. They’ve both said they are twin flames, Colson said he’s never known what love is before Megan, they said they want to have children together. Yes 4 months seems fast but when you meet the one, you just know. Everyone wants to hate on her for moving on so fast from her ex husband but if it’s fate then there’s nothing you can do about it. I love them together and I’ve never seen Colson happier, he’s in a much better mental state now that she is in his life. I wish them nothing but the best.
100% agree. He's the happiest he's ever been and true EST want nothing but that for him. It's so nice to see him getting happier and healthier. Love them together, love what she's representing to him and how she's helping him be happy. You can't fight fate.

the verse in the interlude is one of the best things in this album in my opinion
This song wasn’t my favorite at first but it grew on me big time
I watched one album review and the guy said “He’s basically just talking about things that have been said a billion times and he doesn’t show much impact at all in the way he says it.”

the interlude is a PERCECT setup for the next song. this whole album is absolute fire and you're doing a wonderful job (as usual) breaking the shit down

"Sick & Tired" another duo between them, was my favorite song until this album dropped
I LITERALLY asked my ex who was dealing with up and down alcoholism sometimes he’d be manageable and then he’d fal.. and I was currently sober from opiates so I asked him after 2 years of seeing him go downhill do u even remember our time together? Like this relationship at all do u even remember our hill together .. and generally he didn’t! He would pass out and I relapsed and would leave all night and come back he would have no clue! He got so bad we broke up and he ended up in the ER after losing his job which was a big corporate job at a university he ran the entire IT department and obviously was on a probationary. He did what he needed to do and went in to hear the final verdict and they ultimately told him they had to let him go and all he did for months was sit on his couch and literally couldn’t even get up to use the restroom he busted both his eyes to where he was unrecognizable it was just awful I won over there I even tried to call the cops to get him to the hospital but they couldn’t do anything since he was on his property and his mother ended up moving him out I didn’t even know it but he spent all of his money he first went to the hospital and he never left he was there for literally five months who stays in the emergency room and then is kept on the floor for that long he could not walk and literally had alcohol related dementia he did not organize anyone he deteriorated like an old man mentally he thought it was in a different state every day he thought his father was alive he’s been dead for 20 years it was very devastating for me and the greatest advice I got from his mother which was hard was block him from your phone and let him go because he will bring you down along with everyone else in his life and that’s what he does but he was a good person a generous person and to this day I have no idea where he is if he’s even alive. Sorry for my life story but I just had to get it out but the good news is I am so over and clean guy Americal literally nice story as a whole book series literally no one would’ve ever expected me coming out first and I did I just was so sick and tired and I’m still finding myself I’m not where I wanna be in life I still want to pursue a dream I’m still trying to figure out what that exactly is and I’ve been clean for years. Heroin took the lives of my closest friend. Helplessness causes suicide and she was THat tired 😓 I hope someone can relate again sorry I didn’t mean to type all this. Love and peace ✌️
