Nisha I stopped bothering to put on any makeup several years ago even though I love watching your videos. Also I was 70 last year and will be 71 in just over a week and I really thought 'what the hell is the point' and that of course makes me feel worse when I look in the mirror and see my Mum looking back at me. I had to unearth one of my great-grandmother's demitasse spoons to get the right size! It's a long, long way from the silver drawer in Europe in the 1920s to the makeup caddy a century later in America, but I feel so chic with the monogram 💗

OMG woman. Thank you do much. Like you I was born with hooded eyelids and age has only enhanced that issue. My eyes are also small so this tip had helped me open up my eyes along with feeling and looking a lil more youthful,less tired. Thank you for all your wonderful torturials. Please don't stop! Have you tried silicone eye crease "tape"? They come precut like stickers. Most drugstores have them, also online.
I have small eyes, also. I’ve seen the creamers in videos, but haven’t tried them

Great idea for keeping things even. I’m older and can line my crease up with my brow bone unfortunately, now I have wrinkles and loose skin ! Using the spoon also helps to keep my old hands steady. Thanks.

@@LadyLuck13 I got a good result but was a bit more difficult to do and get both eyes even also it took me longer than usual.
@@LadyLuck13 we have bought from Shein, too. Incredibly cheap!
Then I found out why….and a sweatshop would have been preferable, unfortunately. I wish I didn’t know…and I advise you not to research unless you can afford to shop at a more expensive, local store.

Another TIP: Put the eyeshadow ON THE EDGE OF THE SPOON FIRST. Then place and gently press.

Nisha you look gorgeous as always. I had to RUN to try it having both downturned and hooded eyes! I laughed so hard because I have much less real estate than you. A teaspoon went from lower lid to brow!! I improvised with an elongated measuring spoon that accommodated my tiny eyes. It worked!

Hi Nisha! I've seen this tip before on Tik Tok but the videos are only a minute long and it's not clear how to apply this tip. It was a young girl doing the demonstration so I didn't try it! I hope this works for wrinkly eyes. I can’t do the cats eye because the outer side of my eyes, mainly left one, is wrinkly and I don’t have a lot of space between my eyebrows and eye lashes. I have no arch in my brows either. Once you’ve done your eyeshadow, you’d never know they were droopy. Wrinkles are harder to disguise I think. Great spoon hack for those who have droopy eyes though.

@Heidi Flanagan it works beautifully. At this point, I don't even use an eyelash curler. I use the same flat brush I apply shadow as liner with. I use a second tone and blend it all with a soft brush. Basically, I use variations of browns, coppers, and ivory. I hope you enjoyed the results as much as I did!!

Using eyelash curler s also works. Either put shadow on the ridge of curler or use like the spoon
