Hello Arun, maine bhi same problem face ki hain on i20, jab traffic mein clutch ka use jyada hota hain toh ehh problem dheere dheere chalu hota hain. Lekin AC on karne se problem turant fix ho jata hain. Aisa kyu hain?
It can be removed from down, but need efforts and car has to be lifted and then open from down and support the engine from down and then remove the clutch assembly and replace it, it requires two guys to remove from down and then set it again. It is of 2 hrs job. But what service guys will says full engine removal to fool us, is not true and can be done in 2 hrs.
Trying bleeding of cylinders, if it was because of air then , it should be solved. but if because of pressure plate, then u have to replace the three clutch , pressure plate and beering I guess

I also guess Hyundai has problem in clutch and steering EPS system. I also faced the same in my car. Replace the clutch and pressure plate and beerring to get rid of clutch hardness. If there is leak in master and slave cylinder , replace them.

What if clutch pedal is tight? My Verna's clutch pedal always become tight after few months. I have a diesel model.
