I got the generic Carhart seat covers for my ‘19 F150. They are called Seat Savers I think, and they were around the same price you paid for those. You can get them in grey, black, or carhart brown. For the back seat I just got a black dog hair protector that buckles around the headrests and has a fitted part for the bottom. If it gets dirty it’s super easy to remove and wash. Congrats on the marriage and the house.

For the side straps I pulled them to the back and hooked them into the eyelets on the straps underneath. Just made sense to me

There's a little hole in the outside corner of the seat. You can slip the hook through and connect to the moving part of the rail the moves your seat underneath
