Baird's Sparrow singing

  • Baird's Sparrow (Centronyx bairdii) is another one of over 40 species of sparrows found in the USA, but this species is difficult to see. Not just because they lost about 65%(!) of their total population in just 50 years, they also known to be hard to see, hiding in the tall prairie grass. The exception to being hard to see is when they arrive back on their breeding grounds and male Baird's Sparrows often sit out in the open on the tallest grasses, singing out loudly, trying to attract a female and defending their territory.

    Sorry, I was mistake. It seemed to me like Bangladeshi Sparrow but I was wrong. It is a little bit similar but it's not that. Its chirping is very lovely and enjoyable. It looks more cute. 😊😊❤❤
