I know this comment is 3 years old, but I feel like I'm the only one who thinks the 2012-2016 Azera's are ugly. Like they went away from pushing the classy look to something more alien/sport-like (especially on the front). Same goes for the 2011-2014 Sonatas. I think they're getting back to a more classy-but-aggressive look with the 2015 Sonatas and Genesis inside and out. However I never liked the 2012-2016 Azeras at all.
The US model is amazing compared to what we get here in Australia. Our version only has a 5-speed auto, 3.8L with 260 hp! Our stereo is 8 speakers, not 12, and we don't get the option of a sunroof at all, nor GPS. We don't have indicators in the mirrors either. Of course, there's no XM radio in Australia, on any car, and no rear sunshade either.
Really? And I was thinking that our brazilian version lacked some things like the heated seats and the 3.8L engine (we only got the 3.3L). But compared to yours it's nothing.

Who knows if it'll work out that way though?
Quite amazing how much Hyundai has...how do you say it......well, completely new level of quality and awesome style. Never though that Hyundai would reach such luxury and quality in their cars. I would now more gladly choose Hyundai than mercedes or other of these " known luxury cars "

24 000 miles on it pristine condition no scratches or scrapes I traded a 2008 in on it I will have to check with dealer for maintenance records I have the carfax on the vehicle 22,000.00
I think they got the exterior right in the 2011-2012 versions of the Azera's and just needed to shift focus back to upgrading the interior. I would love the exterior of the 2012 Azera and interior of the 2015 Sonata/Genesis personally.

@datpimpinboy The Azera was/is intended to compete with the likes of the Toyota Avalon and the Nissan Maxima, whereas the Genesis is intended to compete with higher-ended cars
@anandecy3035 It's a bit different than that, the Avalon actually is a different car than the camry. The Avalon has an entirely different interior and exterior than the Camry, unlike the Azera which is simply a Sonata with a few *minor* design tweaks.

Sounds like a 4 cylinder. Makes respectable numbers though. These Hyundais have great initial appeal but only time will tell how the engine and other components hold up over time.
to be honest i prefer the old (06-11) Azera to the current (2012-present) ones...to me these just look better,both inside & out.

I got a 2006 its still going strong 147,768 miles. I plan on getting the Genesis soon
I love the Azera and its a car that never disappoints either, plus it looks wayyyyyyyy better than a Camry and Accord.

we have an 06 and it's a very nice car. This refresh suits it well, but I wish they would have updated the interior a little more.

This car is pretty. I'm not sure if the 2012 Volks CC, or this are prettier. They are cars that, to me, can butt heads.
This Azera is looking a bit dated now compared to the newest in the Hyundai lineup but it is an indicator that it is headed in the right direction!
