What you can say is the world looks on with envy that the UK has the best marching military bands in the world. What is amazing is the history of Scottish Military pipers and how many have fallen leading troops into battle, very brave men.

I have always wondered, if they changed the law to state that no Scotsman can play in a band, What would be the unemployment percentage/level in Scotland. Oh don't get pissed off my dad was born in Scotland.
