I bought the Lehigh model! Loved the open floor plan. There’s a lot you can do with this model. I have a first floor office instead of a bedroom. My basement is finished so I put the 5th bedroom in the basement. It’s a spacious model. Love your videos!!!

We are about to purchase a Lehigh model in Ohio (we live in VA currently) without being able to see it in person which I don’t love but appreciate your video so we can get a good idea of what we are buying! Do you know what design package this is? I like the floors, they look like the Morgan package floors? Also is this the standard wall color?
What about interest rates.
No chance that house as it’s shown is $479k. Ryan homes nickels and dines your for every single piece of trim and light change you see.
