As someone whos done and seen home camera work countless times I hate to pile on but this is your brand. Brand BUILDING. Your camera work is pulled in way too tight as u walk thru. Widen to get the entire room..still first..panning only slightly to catch each end then volume. Standing nearly still then walking gently..not at the pace of a normal walk. We realize it may b a time issue but remember your building your brand one viewer at a time.. If u need to catch a detail use zoom ONLY slightly. It will capture it I promise. No need to walk all the way up to it..thats whats giving your viewers that dizzy effect they're commenting of. Just take it a bit slower and youll b fine. Just a bit of a gentile critique to help u get the best product u can. I wish u the very best moving forward as u hv an AMAZING LISTING. Good luck😊

I think some may become confused regarding the goal of the videos uploaded here as it relates to what's on the market. This is not a showing, it's a walk-through with the goal of peaking an interest, resulting in a nibble/lead. If that nibble evolves into a genuine interest, it will result in an actual showing. That was accomplished here, we got a sense of the layout of the home including upgrades and overall size. I like the home but at the price point, the master closet is way too small and how do you not include a tub. again, i would not change anything associated with your walk-through.
