I have a 27 year old son who suffers from PTSD, and I’ve overcome panic/anxiety myself. These are very stressful times. You need to take 20 minutes for yourself a day (with 4 yr olds 😬). Meditate, read, etc. When I see your boys, and their challenges, and how strong and happy they are, it fills my heart with joy! Things could be worse, but with such supporting and loving parents, the world is your’s and your boys! God Bless, stay safe!
It is so good to hear from you guys!! It is great to see you safe at home. I say safe because you are amazing parents that I have no doubt will keep the kiddos safe even during this scary time. You guys are doing an amazing job. I can not imagine how hard it must be to be a teacher, therapist, parent and caregiver all in one is. Give yourself some serious kudos. As someone with some serious chronic health conditions myself it is really scary not being able to go to the hospital for things that are normal. Tests, PT, surgeries etc. It is too risky and so a lot of normal health related things have been put on hold or changed to telemedicine. (for me and for so many others like me) I had to have spinal cord surgery in March (I had to travel across the country to RI for it )so that was really scary to do during a pandemic but I couldn't put it off. I was blessed to have the most amazing set of doctors and health care workers keeping me safe. I feel blessed that I was able to get it done when I needed too, so many others have not and are suffering immensely. My issues seem so trivial and not important when I look at your beautiful boys. They are brave, stronger than anyone I have ever seen and the light they let off is truly heartwarming. I am in the U.S and our family is doing strict lockdown too. My dad even set up a table in the garage to let certain things like mail and boxes "decontaminate" for a few days depending on what we have learned about the virus sticking on things. We also wipe down all the groceries. It is a lot of work but it's needed. I am a relatively new viewer to your channel but have been watching past videos and I just can not even express how much I admire your entire family! The boys are angels, there is no other way to put it. Seeing them sick or going through surgery (in a past vlog) was heart wrenching to see but they just come back stronger and that is also due to your amazing parenting technique. You give them the perfect amount of love and motivation while giving them that push needed to try new things and succeed. I have no doubt that they will succeed in whatever they put their minds too. I think every parent wants to be able to do everything for their children, and it's difficult to realise that you can't meet all of your childs needs without help. But I agree with you, it's something that's true for any child, disabilities or no
The boys' rooms are adorable. Prayers for all of you not just during Corona epidemic but everyday forward. You are wonderful parents. Don't be too hard on yoursrelves. You are very engaged with your children. Two things - 1) EVERYTHING happen s for a reason ((having to move into a brick and mortar home for awhile)) and 2) Don't give up 5 minutes before the miracle. It could be something as small as feeling extremely tired and a grandparent shows up to babysit or take the children. I imagine your life is sometimes very stressful. Your amazing, strong parents. Its been quite a while since I've checked in on your posts, I am absolutely amazed at the boys progress, Zack seems much stronger and I see a huge difference in River! He has improved so much from what I see, since the last time I saw a video several months ago. Such a great thing to watch happen, you guys have truly put your all in your kids and I must say, the boys verbal and knowledge skills are advanced for 4.5yr olds, they are amazing, well done mom and dad.
You guys are so amazing and the things you've been through you can cope with anything your boys are so lovely and it's so inspiring how you care for them

Oh dad. Glad they liked the" target range", any older and they would've expected an outdoor full on, paint ball /archery/rifle range type experience. Lol. Wow, how amazing that you can get live in help, we are just doing our own thing atm, zoom therapy is not working for us. She barely pays attention. That's OK, we're having fun making up adventures and exercises inside and out together as a family. Looks like the rules are slowly relaxing so that'll be good. It's so good you still have access to natural spaces and the boys look like they're enjoying themselves and both tricking fantastic too. Take care lovelies xxoo
