I know people give you advice all the time. I would not cover that opening above the furnace room and place a display over the furnace. Leave it open for air circulation and fire hazard issues. Just my opinion but do what you want for sure👍🔥 make sure you install fire extinguishers in areas of your warehouse. Seek local fire department for placement, type and amount needed.
Every time I see the cloud mural it makes me feel like I'm outside and it's a beautiful beach day. I've been really enjoying these videos of the studio coming together.
Hi Jordan. Your vision for this studio has been unbelievable to see evolve. I have one suggestion. Have you thought about painting the new baseboard on the drywall side blue to match the wall? You mentioned white, and this one white bottom edge to the wall might look very stark. In seeing your long view of all the walls, I tried to imagine a white baseboard, and blue all the way to the floor seems like a better look. What do you think? I’m very excited to see this all come together. Congratulations. Mark
Looking great. Since you are using under the stairs for storage, I would build a wall under the stairs, on the left side so you can't see the storage stuff and electrical stuff. Nice clean display wall from the outside. You can still enter the storage and electrical area from the right of the stairs. Just a little suggestion.
can't wait to see it done, I think it would be cool to see if you could paint those silver wall conduits to the wall color, and maybe when you are done you should create a diorama of your studio in lego!
Coming along nicely! Looks great...very exciting closing in on completion and moving in the city, shelves and all of the other LEGO for the new studio. Be safe and well!
Looks really good! One thing for the stairs, i would hire a pro carpet installer to install a thin industrial carpet, as if you use the carpet tiles, it could make a lip that you might trip on…
Looking great! You could use th3 display area above the furnace room to put the observatory! It would make a cool perspective looking down on the city from there being so high up.
This is looking SO good Bricksie!!! I can’t even imagine how your kids will love seeing this too. Wow, almost ready to put the tables in. Gonna be epic!
The clouds turned out pretty well. I trusted the process before commenting and you made some good suggestions and the skill of the artist really shows in the final product.
I reckon the city would look good with a river with a big bridge like the Golden Gate Bridge. Would look awesome with the clouds in the back ground! Can’t wait to see it all set up 👍🏻
Man bricksie those clouds look so good from many angles. Loving everything your doing. It's been a great transformation seeing it from idea to reality. Your really a truly motivated individual and deffinatly inspire individuals to get motivated. Keep it up my friend.
Looking great Jordan. You should make an amazing before and after video when you're done to show the huge difference with how each room/wall/section looked when you first bought the warehouse to how it looks now.
Doesnt that staircase need a handrail? Pretty sure thats code plus you want to be able to have something to hang on to if someone stumbles on the stairs. Just thinkin about your liability brother. Looks great though…excited to see the city!
Hurry up the excitement is killing me lol, nah just kidding it all takes time like you said, better to do things slow and right etc then fast and half effort etc. Looks so good the thumbnail picture, the place is nice and bright, and not dull like before. Have a good day Jordan! Thinking of getting a channel membership soon if I do you would be the first and probably only channel I do that to
Amazing work. Congrats on it all! Once it’s all done take time to celebrate this accomplishment. Maybe have MsBricksie and the kids over, pop some sparkling grape juice and do a live stream to just take a moment and celebrate this milestone. Looks amazing can’t wait to see the final space.
it is fantastic to see modulars in the studio finally. I've been enjoying the construction updates, but will be sweet to get back to watching you build with lego.
You are doing such a great job, but the carpet tiles did make the camera go all fuzzy when looking at them with the camera. And I just don’t think they will go with the new mural. You could do with a plain grey or sand colour, extra cost but it would look great.
At the top of the stairs on either side could you cover the ends of your cabinets with the name bricks that people sent to you? It would look colourful and pretty awesome
Just my opinion I think you should match the border around the bottom of the cloud wall that you’re gonna be covering up shouldn’t be white I think it should be the same color blue so it blends in I think the white is gonna stick out and clash a little bit
Hey Jordan, the studio is looking amazing. Of course I'm no expert and have no concept of the costs or reality...but it would be cool to have some permanent cameras mounted so you don't have to climb over the furnance all the time. That spot does make me nervous!
I think you have so many spare lego pieces from the Br. Wall .. you should do the front of every step on the stairs with lego pieces!! Maybe you can integrate your kids names also in the build , or other important things ! Only the fron of the steps .. you have the space
hey my name is garrett youle and i do love what you have done so far i am a huge lego fan i have been watching your channel for a long time keep up the good work
When you do the diorama over the furnace it would be cool if it somehow linked to the city, minifigs looking down to the city from a viewing platform of some sort maybe, or even a zip line into the city 😂😂

The amount of work done in 2 months is amazing. Props to all the trades people for handling business! It's hard to find good craftsmans where I am.
The end is in sight!! We have loved being a part of this journey!! We are so excited for you 🎉
Jumping up and down so excited for you.

Yayyyy. Has mrs bricksie and the kids seen the clouds in person yet. Days away from finish . Woo.

Wow! The mural looks fantastic!
You should do a timelapse video of you putting all your Lego in the new studio.
can't wait to see it done, I think it would be cool to see if you could paint those silver wall conduits to the wall color, and maybe when you are done you should create a diorama of your studio in lego!
What a mini journey to the studio. Looking awesome. Can't wait until you start laying out the city 😎
Put some shelves on the wooden wall to display lego, make use of empty space.
Looking really good, the small patches and finishing details etc. make so much difference in any project like this!
Coming along nicely! Looks great...very exciting closing in on completion and moving in the city, shelves and all of the other LEGO for the new studio. Be safe and well!
That cloud mural is stunning, such a fantastic choice.
Looks really good! One thing for the stairs, i would hire a pro carpet installer to install a thin industrial carpet, as if you use the carpet tiles, it could make a lip that you might trip on…
I just cannot get over this gorgeous cloud wall. It just gives this happy feeling looking at this.
Congratulations it looks amazing

This is looking SO good Bricksie!!! I can’t even imagine how your kids will love seeing this too. Wow, almost ready to put the tables in. Gonna be epic!
So much has happened in such a short time, very exciting to see everything fall into place!
Coming right along Jordan. Great job managing the project. We are all looking forward to seeing what you do with your excellent new space.
watching you build this has been entertaining. the progress is impressive, looks awesome.
The clouds turned out pretty well. I trusted the process before commenting and you made some good suggestions and the skill of the artist really shows in the final product.
ITS ALL COMING TOGETHER!! Im so excited for this!!
I reckon the city would look good with a river with a big bridge like the Golden Gate Bridge. Would look awesome with the clouds in the back ground! Can’t wait to see it all set up 👍🏻
Everything looking awesome

Wow- looks absolutely amazing- the finish line is in sight 🎉
Thank you for sharing this journey with us! Can't wait for the carpet
Looking better and better each day. Can't wait when you get carpet down, then start placing tables, then finally Lego sets!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry I ever doubted you and the ultimate vision for the mural. It looks amazing!
Love this studio build series and the direction your taking overall. Looks phenomenal so far. Keep up the good work. Godspeed 🤘
Looking great Jordan. You should make an amazing before and after video when you're done to show the huge difference with how each room/wall/section looked when you first bought the warehouse to how it looks now.
Hugely excited for the new studio. The mural is transformative!
Wow! Love the sky! This will look awesome when you add the city. Congratulations!
Now the city will look better than ever cant wait for it to be finished❤️🔥
Doesnt that staircase need a handrail? Pretty sure thats code plus you want to be able to have something to hang on to if someone stumbles on the stairs. Just thinkin about your liability brother. Looks great though…excited to see the city!
In terms of Lego rooms...I think you pretty much won the internet
It's been a fun journey! Such a huge project, well done
White acrylic caulking will fill that Crack and it's paintable
Hurry up the excitement is killing me lol, nah just kidding it all takes time like you said, better to do things slow and right etc then fast and half effort etc.
Looks so good the thumbnail picture, the place is nice and bright, and not dull like before.
Have a good day Jordan!
Thinking of getting a channel membership soon if I do you would be the first and probably only channel I do that to
Looking good! ..I think it would be really cool to make a video on your commute from home to the warehouse.
I love the stuff you film in front of the cloud mural… it looks like you’re outside.
12:33 One of your many trains could go up there. Going around the pipes. Maybe paint them as trees
Splendid cloud mural - it's up there with the Sistine chapel if you ask me. Can't wait to see the Lego once it is installed. Great vid.
Enjoying the process, thanks for bringing us along. Excited to see how it evolves once you move in 👍
You should have the painter add a small stormy section and change out the layout regularly to reflect weather patterns !
This is turning out better that I expected!😮 I can’t wait for this to be finished!!
it is fantastic to see modulars in the studio finally. I've been enjoying the construction updates, but will be sweet to get back to watching you build with lego.
dang those clouds look way better than i ever thought it would. although through the camera at least makes the place look smaller
Awesomeness everywhere. You and the team you assembled did a great job.
Looking Amazing! can't wait to see the carpet in, that, aside from the cloud wall, will probably make one of the biggest differences!
It is beauty it is grace
The cloud mural looks awesome and it goes with the aesthetic of the LEGO City.
Looks so beautiful!!!! Well done...
Looks amazing, can’t wait to see the city come to life now
love it men keep up the great work 👍👌
I love the clouds
Looking groovey! Going to miss these videos!
Looking awesome can’t wait for you to get started with the city . Really enjoying your videos keep up the great work
Amazing progress. Must be a dream come true. Keep up the amazing content!
Will you be putting a baby gate on the stairs or a playpen up there?
A diorama of your old Lego room in the basement would look great as a display above the furnace
Dang that mural looks great.
Looking better all the time!
You know the end of those renovations shows when everything starts coming together? Starting to ge that satisfying feeling!
Looking great. Can’t wait to fill it up with Lego.
You are doing such a great job, but the carpet tiles did make the camera go all fuzzy when looking at them with the camera. And I just don’t think they will go with the new mural. You could do with a plain grey or sand colour, extra cost but it would look great.
I have enjoyed Contractor Bricksie!
When adding the melamine over the furnace don’t forget to add a 4x2 between the pony walls otherwise the melamine will snap at that span 😊
At the top of the stairs on either side could you cover the ends of your cabinets with the name bricks that people sent to you? It would look colourful and pretty awesome
Why dont you paint the baseboard trim blue?
The vlog shot with the cloud backdrop looks so fun haha😂
Just my opinion I think you should match the border around the bottom of the cloud wall that you’re gonna be covering up shouldn’t be white I think it should be the same color blue so it blends in I think the white is gonna stick out and clash a little bit
So nice! I'm really happy for you, it's a really big dream to live and afford. Looks like a bit of my first house bought last august. Have fun!!
Hey Jordan, the studio is looking amazing. Of course I'm no expert and have no concept of the costs or reality...but it would be cool to have some permanent cameras mounted so you don't have to climb over the furnance all the time. That spot does make me nervous!
it’s getting better every day!!😮😮
Make sure before you put the roof over the furnace room it meets code and have a plan for lights inside the furnace room before you install that roof
I think you have so many spare lego pieces from the Br. Wall .. you should do the front of every step on the stairs with lego pieces!!
Maybe you can integrate your kids names also in the build , or other important things !
Only the fron of the steps .. you have the space
I think that , would much also perfect the Br. Sign 😀
The wall space above the clouds, you should paint it black.
It is so close to being done I can just hear the end in my head LOL
FYI per code, you can't use the cap of a guardrail as a handrail. the place is looking great!
So close to the end. Then the real fun begins with building the city. I need to learn how to move large Lego sets.
Exciting stuff!! Almost time
The end is near or are you near the begining. Amazimg progress. Lookimg soo good.
Mural looks really great! Gonna be sad when the reno videos end 😢
Wow! What a journey :)
A new beginning to the Bricksie Studio in the very near future
hey my name is garrett youle and i do love what you have done so far i am a huge lego fan i have been watching your channel for a long time keep up the good work
When you do the diorama over the furnace it would be cool if it somehow linked to the city, minifigs looking down to the city from a viewing platform of some sort maybe, or even a zip line into the city 😂😂
you should be a shelve above the ducting for your much larger/longer models (Titanic?).
It looks amazing ,also do you know how to fix sun-beaten lego without fancy equipment?
What a place it's going to be.
Congrats ❤
Man some times the mural really plays tricks on your eyes.
This camera shows the two blues very nicely,
love the videos bricksie, wish I had this much space for my lego collection! 😂😂😂
