That's the first time I've ever seen an unloading actually completed. Well done!
Watching those two guys mess with each other ... the BEST!
Great video. Nothing is annoying like one commenter said. The man looked happy someone was filming his talent. I don’t know how he knew the boards were coming.
He is actually the one pulling the boards with that stick which has the hook on the end. The material is sitting on those boards right above the conveyor belt and they pull the boards one by one to release the material.
I love it when the men are smiling & laughing while they work. This was a great video!
Thanks! We get to watch all the way to empty! Happy!
Easy job for the guys. No "bridges" in the material, but likely a lot of noise. Regards from Denmark /A
This worker knows his job.. Instead of just trying to cause the material to move from the longitudinal direction, he is ensuring that the material on the two side walls also fall at the same time. This makes from flawless, smoorh snd safe progress.
Question ???Do you have one of a complete landing start to finish? It's the plank placement process I'd like to see😊
Yes we do
@UpdateWorld277 do you have a date to refer? So I can watch? Or..... when might you another?
Yeeeeessss
Please!!
So smooth. So consistent. I’d love to have a go
Good to see that they're wearing the proper safety equipment.
Cabo was the villages best rock stick fisherman! His brother Zenbu was highly satisfied with the haul! The village would have plenty of wooden planks to feast on for many years to come.
Oddly satisfying 😆like to see the loading of the barge 😊
Great shot from up high
Wow Beautiful work
Que satisfatório ver ate o final do material 😍
05:00 excellent angle
oddly relaxing to watch the pebbles flow
Looks like fun
De los más fáciles porque todo fluye por si solo nada más quitar las tablitas y ya
要注意安全,萬一跌倒代誌就大條
ถ่ายที่ประเทศไหนครับ
I am curious about the hook tool, as I see in a lot of these videos the plank puller having to sweep with the hook to dislodge any stuck gravel or sand that has caked in the steel, or banging with the end of the stick to shake things loose and make the flow better.
Why not put a flat steel plate on the opposite end of the hook, like a margin trowel size that he could use for scraping along the walls along the edge of the pile? You could even angle it to be the same degree as the side of the bin, so when he puts the rod across the conveyor to use as a seat, it would act as a base plate and make it more stable.
What are the boards used for?
I wonder if they left a gap every 10 slats or so would it unload quicker.... Shouldnt be too much weight for the belt.
Good thing they have their safety slippers on.
Why are there planks in the material? To stop the conveyor getting crushed when the holds are full?
Is that gravel?
You can see the video compression algorithm break down with all the small moving rocks so they become blurry
Ahh , egga roll farhht!
Спасибо, хоть одна полная разгрузка.
how long in real time to unload fully?
Этот звук машинный это большой вибратор работает? Там внутри наверно потерять слух можно 😂
1. When it's completely full, how do you remove the first plank?
2. Why do you even need the planks? Wouldn't you get the same result if the conveyor moved without any planks?
I think the planks keep the weight of the load from stopping the conveyor belt.
Without the planks the entire load would sit on the belt. That is too much weight for the belt drive system
As the others said, the planks keep the weight off the belt system. To answer how to remove the first planks, most likely there are no planks on the first few meters to get the system running
Falta subtitulado .
How can he see the wood planks?
When you see the hold they pull the wood out
playback speed of this video is altered
How does he see the 2X4? Every time i try to spot it but he already knows where it is lol.
They are placed adjacent to each other above the conveyor belt. They stop all the material falling onto the conveyor at once. They are removed one of the time, so the conveyor doesn’t get overloaded and jam. It’s pretty obvious if you think about it.
Why aren't they wearing nose cancelling ear muffs
Where are the boards coming from?
They come from trees.
Before they load the barge they lay those boards across the valley so that the load does not rest on the conveyor belt. Then a worker has to remove the boards one at a time with that pole that has a hook on one end while they're unloading.
@@dalepeterson5609 aah thanks.
Now if this were to have taken place in the USA, both workers would have been on their cellphones, lost their balance 12 seconds into the job, and died in the process.
I dont see why they need the boards, the conveyer would probably work without them?
Too heavy and too much volume that wants to move
How on earth does he know where to look?
These boards cover the conveyor belt, they lie there one after the other. Without them, the entire weight of the cargo will block the belt.
Nice video, but the annoying «subscribe» button destroys it all.
only reason to add this button is below :)
