  • Packing for a road trip, vacation, etc? Or just trying to organize your closet space? Here's a quick comparison for folding vs rolling your clothes. (Same applies to your pants, jackets, socks, underwear, towels, etc.) You will save a lot of space in your luggage (or drawer) if you pack this way. You might even cut down to one bag instead of two!
    This is perfect for any scenario where you need to fit a lot of clothes in a limited space. Hiking, camping, boating, hunting, traveling, military field exercises, etc. The list goes on and on!
    Check out my channel for specific Ranger Rolling tutorials: from shirts, to socks, to underwear, to jackets, to towels. You might be surprised by how many things can be rolled up burrito-style! :)

    Saving bag space? What about drawer space? Last year I tried your method on the clothes in my dresser drawers. I reclaimed two whole drawers that I was able to use for organizing other things in my room. I think it's a great idea!

      @FlyingMonkies325 i know this is a late reply but im doing this as well for my laundry and I can say if you keep up with your laundry its not an hour maybe 10 min at most per load. It only turns into an hour when its SEVERAL loads of laundry

    The space saving is incredible! I was expecting like a 20% improvement but being able to double the amount you can pack is really impressive!

    I saw this channel about 4 years ago and tried to do these rolls for a vacation. I only brought 1 bag (school bag) to pack my clothes for a 5-day trip. I'm revisiting again to re-learn the process for every piece of clothing to organize my wardrobe. Truly a space saver man!

    I think it's better to roll the clothes than that, but the main thing is to use the ranger roll a few clothes on each fabric. Much more improvement in quality than I thought I prefer the way to roll, quick and easy to make more space for travelling to the different journey to the world. I find it easier to work on this technique to help myself to be able to practice with rolling clothes properly. Jason, thank you very much for demonstrating me how to ranger roll on this video and I'll keep on practicing everytime. I salute you!

    i've learned this from you 6 years ago and every move i had(5 moves since then)or camping trips it was amazingly efficient! thanks for that!
    one question is, regarding dress shirts and jackets...how much abuse can they take before being unwrinkle-able you think?

    • @armygringo
      @armygringo  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not sure if I'm following here... Are you asking how many times you can roll a shirt or a jacket before they get destroyed?

    • @MartinPlanner2
      @MartinPlanner2 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@armygringo my bad...not destroyed, but i noticed it gets harder to iron the wrinkles out because they are on the same general area...have you noticed something similar, or is this just an indication of the material quality?

    • @armygringo
      @armygringo  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@MartinPlanner2 Yeah, it might have to do with material... I haven't had any issues like that with cotton or polyester. But then again, use at your own risk! :D Good luck!

      You can actually roll dress ties! If you are careful they don't wrinkle at all.

  • @jagalashaw4043
    @jagalashaw4043 ปีที่แล้ว

    You need to slow down & show how you are rolling them. Ive done this for uears but mine are long & dont stayrd rolled. Looked like you had them tucked in or something.
