How much room is there inside the housing for the Led's? I'm considering getting the alpharex pro's for my 2020 F150, but I'm definitely not interested in keeping the halogen bulbs. Do these things have enough room for a fan cooled led plus the driver, and was there any issue with the dust cover fit after you got the led's installed?

Installed the same headlights on the same truck. Having an issue where the drl stay on after the truck is off. Takes them about a minute to shut off. Was wondering if your friend has the same problem. And is so how he went about fixing it.

Hello! I know this was months ago but do you remember the color of the Alpharex Pro DRLs? Would you equate it to 5000k or would you say it's closer to 6000k? I want to make sure I get the HIDs to match as well. Thank you for your time and the video.
So when you hook up the harness, you get brighter lights and the start up sequential and daytime running lights that stay on? I’d only want my drl on with using the switch.
The two plugs on the harness both get connected to the headlight. You need to remove the amber side marker socket and bulb on the original and install on the new alpha rex headlight. I realized that today installing mine. Hopefully this helps someone. Which led bulbs did you guys settle on with this set up?
@@matt13ross they were no longer available. Did you have to get two sets? One set for the high and one for the low beam, Or did you only replace one of them.
Hi, do you know if going thru forscan and activating DRL option may work without the wiring harness?
Nice video! You mentioned a fuse they don’t provide. Is it just the fuse or that small jumper harness?
They didn't provide an "add a fuse" which is needed to activate the DRLs.

These work on auto. Brighter in the day, slightly dimmer at night

Plenty of room for LEDs with fans. Cougar motor LEDs were later installed in this one.

Yea it took some trial and error to figure out that harness. Plus it had a broken wire. Nice to have a Ford fan on here!

Did you put the negative wire from the wiring harness grounded up on the frame or straight on the negative terminal on the battery?

I'd say it's perfectly white, no blue tint at all. Probably 5000k ish

So far, all good! Yea they are plug and play but the LED strips won't be as bright without the harness.

Not positive on that. I know they get brighter during daytime like a DRL with the harness.

Gotcha, we used Cougar motor LED bulbs.
Did you need an adapter to install the leds? If so, which did you get?
Nope, none needed.

The turn signal part is plug and play.

That's quite odd. Double check all the wiring and maybe contact the company.

Probably could but would have to pull apart the harness and make it custom.
