    First, boil two cloves of garlic for 1 min and then put in a cold bath. Remove skin and chop up.
    Salt water and boil 1 pound of pasta for 7 minutes or until done.
    Pick 1 cup of basil.
    Pick 2 cups of kale.
    Chop up a bit and put in food processor.
    Add 3/4 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese.
    Add 1/2 cup of toasted sunflower seeds.
    Add 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes.
    Pulse processor 20-30 times, scraping down sides once or twice as necessary.
    Turn on processor and slowly add 1/2 cup of olive oil.
    Mix in 1 cup of the pesto with the pasta (add pasta water if it's too dry).
