I followed this and my stagnant cucumber plants grew overnight and doubled size by end of week. I never had a problem with slugs either. I also used the milk and iodine tincture to prevent downy mildew on my tomatoes. This guy is amazing.
Thank you for this recipe. I will try this tomorrow. I am surprised to see how some people are so rude in their comments. They are getting this valuable information for free and still aren’t grateful. Obviously we see that the solution is used in plants directly and given a clear reason of why it can’t be used in tomatoes but people jump into judging this so quickly and making bad comments.
I was drying coffee grounds but it got white mold on the top, can I still use it or not? Thank you, I love your channel I learned a lot of tips from you.
Me and my wife started a community garden several years ago and I haven't heard of using yeast. I can't wait to try this. Thanks for the new ideas. I will let you know if it works where I live.❤
Good video. Nice presentation. Thank you. Understanding the relationship of microbes, roots, and nutrient uptake, this makes sense to me. I am ready to transplant my young cucumber plants to the garden. After transplant, I usually water with a mild solution of fish emulsion and kelp. I will try this on a few of them to compare. Also, do you think this yeast recipe might work for cannibus? Thank you
Great info in a very clear, complete presentation. I’m especially glad to know of a good use for my expired dry yeast. I’ll try this on my cucumbers, zucchini, and roses.
Thank you so much please can I use it for every other plant because I have tomatoes, beans, mixed peppers and onions and potatoes cassava in my garden.
thank you for these interesting recipies. I'll try them (at least the dry yeast one). But I'm a bit confused by the end of the video: you say to use this "solely" at the plantation and shortly after you say that if we wish we can do it again one week later. Could you explain, please? Thank you.
Great video great instruction thank you. Just a quick question can the concentrate from the first formula be kept on the shelf and stored? If so, for how long? Thank you.
I think a lot of water in the U.S. is treated and has chlorine and floride which may inhibit the yeast growth. I will use water from my rain barrel. Thank you. I have always had trouble growing cucumbers - my favorite vegetable.
THANKS A LOT FOR THIS WONDERFUL INFO. HOWEVER, I WAS UP LATE AROUND 1 AM. WHEN I HAD THIS CRAZY NOTION TO MAKE THIS MIXTURE THINKING IT WAS OK TO KEEP IT AWAY IN THE CUPBOARD UNTIL MORNING. I HAD DONE ALL THE PROCEDURE EXCEPT I WILL BE RESTING IN BED UNTIL 6:00 AM. MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR THE MIXTURE TO FERMENT. THEN I WILL COMPLETE THE REST OF THE STEPS AND WATER MY GARDEN. WOULD THE DELAY AFFECT MY PLANTS? I USED THE ONE TABLESPOON DRY YEAST METHOD. PLEASE ADVISE AT YOUR VERY EARLIEST, YOUR EXPERTISE IS APPRECIATED.. I DO NOT WANT TO HARM MY PLANTS, THAT HAS BEEN LAGGING.
I have tried it today and will observe what happens in the next few days/week or so to see if there are any differences. However, I really like to have a more scientific explanation of why it will work. I believe when we add yeast with sugar in warm water, we will make alcohol and CO2, which are not really part of any traditionally defined plant fertilizer. May I ask if it is the yeast that potentially helps the root system to further digest some locked fertilizers (that are already in the soil) to be released that makes a difference? I cannot find anywhere on the internet to give me a good explanation. 🙂
@@randomness8819 So far, the plants have behaved pretty normally. It does not harm anything. The plants are in good shape to begin with and they have grown in the past few days. I do not really see any obvious 'vigorous' growth. So, honestly, I cannot come to any conclusion. However, I think the additional fungi probably will help break down the nutrients in the soil for the plants to absorb more easily. It is probably ok to apply.
Salam bro, thanks for your time and support for this video it’s really been productive and successful lesson. Can the Cucumbers be planted under direct sunlight ?
Your black weed sheet is effective for weed control only. but the black will reflect the solar heat units upwards on to the cucumber leaves causing damage. Better to use a light colour weed barrier

Plants primarily absorb nutrients through their roots, including essential macronutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium. However, the direct absorption of proteins by plant roots is just a speculation.
The yeast, water and sugar mixture is what I use to kill slugs in my garden. It is highly effective. So I think rather than fertilizing cucumbers it would invite the slugs.
@@saiRam-sr3so I just make up a proportion, usually an eighth or less of the amounts given in the vid, and use it in just one day, when it’s fresh. Dear friend I love your information, but one thing I want is the plastic pan that you use for pouring. Where/what can you get them please.
Where r u from?? That thing called tabo in Philippines

It's a plastic bucket. It is sold at the same place where plastic products, watering cans and basins are sold
Get food grade buckets. You can likely get them at your local home improvement store.
Watch out for varying prices.
