Fox Marvel Universe is fantastic 4 and the xmen, they are NOT part of the MCU you have been watching, this is previous unconnected (except through sequels and reboots) old style movie connections. the MCU starting with Iron man is one interconnected story, these are outside of it. (though the time travel in endgame has some interesting repercussions and suffice it to say you should finish the xmen and spiderman films (fox and sony respectively) before going too much further in the MCU since multiverse is madness. You will NOT spoil ANYTHING from the upcoming MCU watching all of the fox xmen movies, they do not interact with the MCU storywise. You will NOT spoil anything from the MCU watching the sony spiderman films (both the ones with Toby 3, and andrew garfield 2 they are both separate timelines. Before the MCU they did reboots and recasting restarts when movies did not do as well as they hoped and it was all broken and unconnected before the MCU propper.
You should react to all series in the order they were released. That's how your audience experienced them. And I'm sure others have mentioned but yeah the x-men aren't a part of the mcu because sony or fox has the rights to the franchise instead of marvel studios.

The reason it is technically in a separate universe is because marvel sold the rights to x-men to Twentieth Century Fox in 1993. This included the rights to Deadpool and Wolverine.
The reason to not do it in chronological order is because they go back in time a few times to rewrite what they done. lol Its not an easy one to just do in chronological order.
I think you should watch *The X-Men* animated show. Considering it was a show for kids, it didnt pander and is celebrated for it's grown up themes. *X-Men '97* is a direct continuation of the 90's show that ran from '91-'96. The other animated show I really hope you get to is *What If?...* The final season, season 3, is coming this December. It offers alternative takes on What If? (This happened) in the *MCU*

You can make a case for the Mutants representing many groups of minorities. Civil Rights Era is pretty spot-on due to the time that the comics started.
Basically the Marvel Universe got fragmented due to rights deals; Fox had the rights to X-men (and mutants including Deadpool for the most part) along with the Fantastic 4 before being bought up by Disney, Sony has the Spiderman (and many of its derivatives) rights, Universal (I think) has/had the rights to Hulk and Marvel/Disney retained rights to Marvel properties it hadn't sold the rights to yet. After Disney bought Fox this will allow them to introduce mutants into the mainline MCU and Sony has been allowing Disney to use Spiderman in the MCU since it boosts the value of the current Spiderman movies.
Don’t know if you still need this info but the X-men universe is a separate universe from the MCU in their current iterations. Give it about 3-4 years and it’ll all be one universe they all share. Then we will get X-men vs Avengers 😊

it is a different marvel as all of these characters were owned by fox studios at the time and not marvel studios. so you do have different universes more based though off of what studio owns the rights to what characters. the actual Marvel studios started up with the rights to all the characters no one had bought up already to make movies about.

Doens't seem to be any real connection though to anything atomic related. The basic explanation is just humans have been involving over time. Wolverine, his brother, his dad...etc. It does make it kinda hard because obviouslyits going to be hard to hide your powers in some cases. So how people didn't really know they exist is a bit of a pothole. We just know sometimes emotion brought on their powers. Which they sort of even say in Deadpool even though that is more or less the MCU.

Best I can explain the univerces, the mcu take place in a mixture of earth 616/ the ultimate universe. The X-Men take place in 616 that's the main marvel universe but different studeos mostly fox owned different characters so even though it's supposed to be 616 they couldn't explain where the X-Men were during avengers Charles school is in Connecticut they could have been there immediately but the didn't exist in the mcu

DoFP solved some of the contiuity "errors" that the different story lines created. Timeline's are a mess in the X-Men stories

you absolutely should not start with these. The second movie(days of future past) will lose almost all of its meaning if you don't watch the original x-men movies first.

Bro it's pretty much never a good idea to do these type of orders, the only people who do it this way are people who have already seen all movies and thus have all the context. This movie was made for people who already saw the originals as a prequel, it just doesn't work out well just like with Star Wars, especially considering the movie that takes place after this ones timeline require knowledge of all of the original time line
It's also worth mentioning, the X-Men movies change things in their own continuity/ignore continuity quite a bit, so it makes it extra pointless and possibly even more confusing lol
Mutants powers are completely random you don't get to pick your power and it's the x gene that causes the mutation in this world humans that have powers that gene goes by a different gene let's call it the A gene my mutant power is I just absorb everything and I. See things the desiders call delusions
Ugh. You have been misled. You should have watched in release order. All of your questions would have been answered. Even though this is a prequel in the series, it requires that you have knowledge of the other movies that were released before it.

"Facts" in relation to comic book characters strikes me as funny. Also, the movie universe is not the same as the comics, for better or for worse.
Why the hell would anyone suggest watching the X-Men movies in any order other than the release order? What troll is paying this man's Patreon just to steer him wrong constantly with the worst suggestions and setting him up for failure when it comes to potential reactions that he could be having? Skipping Gen V, ignoring Blade trilogy entirely, this horrible watch order the destroys the introduction and relationship arcs of Wolverine and every other X-Men he ever interests with throughout all the movies, which needs to be in the proper RELEASE order to make any sense at all. How sad that he's allowing himself and his channel to be sabotaged like this.
1. Release order is the way to watch. Whoever told you to do it this way is a sadist. Not to be trusted.
2. If the opacity is going to be this bad going forward, count me out, very disappointing. I watch 3 or 4 other reaction channels, and no one, literally NO ONE, screws with their audience's screen viewing like this. Transparent beyond comprehension, a bright neon light behind the screen to flood out the picture even more, and mirrored on top of that?? It's absurd. And I enjoy your reactions, so this is a definite let-down. Frustrating and disappointing.
I know you're already into this, but yeah, this watch order was trash. Anticipate you complaining about all the inevitable things that will be confusing.
