    According to ESIC’s two new circulars, employers will have to register new employees to ESI within 10 days of joining the company. Failure to do so will make it impossible to add new employees to ESI thereafter. Additionally, employers have to generate the challan and do payments for any contribution period within 42 days of the end of the period. Failure to do so will leave the employee with no ESI contribution.

      I have a query, why the employers are not willing to pay a salary slab which is more than 21000, as this will remove the compulsion of deducting PF and Esic as they are of literally no use. An individual can save its salary more precisely than facing all these deductions.

    ESIC hospital me govt hospital se bhi jyada bura haal hai. Usse jyada toh esic office ke chakar katne padte hai.
    Naye-2 niyam banane me lage rahte hai.
    Marij Ka Elaaz ho ya na ho usse koi mtlab nhi hai Kisi ko.
    ESIC time se bhaarni Chahiye or 10din ke under nya employees add hone Chahiye.

    Sir. Bilkul Sahi baat pe video banaya Aapne. Mei as an employer comment Kar Raha hu.
    Mere firm me 40+ employee hein. ESI officer 2 Baar aa chuka aur har Baar 2500 rupees ghus le Kar jata hei. Most of time daily wage worker Jo mere direct employee Nahi hein har 2-3 days me change hote hein. Unka ESI EPF v karwao Bolte hein. Mein din Bhar yahi kaam karta rahu kya??
    January me new on role employee add Kiya Maine but 10 days se jyada ho Gaya to ab show cause notice aa gya. Fir se site visit k liye ayega aur paise mangega. Hadd hei Yaar.. 😒

    सर ई एस आई ऑफिस ठीक कर रहा है एम्प्लोयर के उपर दबाव बनाना ही चाहिए क्यू बोला ये भी जान लो मुझे आज 1 साल हो गया है मेरा कंपनी के मलिक ने मुझे अभी तक ई एस आई सी नम्बर नही दिया है ये कम्पनी के मलिक लोग सोचते हैं की हम जो चाहे कर ले कोई हमारा कुछ नहीं बिगड़ा पायेगा इसी लिए बोला हू मै मै जिस कम्पनी मे काम कर्ता हू उस कम्पनि मे 200 सो से 250 लोग काम करते हैं

    What if i have to add an employee today(29 sep 2020) who joined on 1st Sep 2020? If i select 1 sep in the esic portal, they will send me a notice and i have to submit lot of documents till then todays date will be date of joining (consider the scenario with 30-40 employees) . But if i precisely put a date of 10 days before(20 sep 2020), no notice nothing....
    Is it possible to keep date of joining on epf and esic different? (As epf site is accepting joining date as 1-sep-2020.

    May be Modiji is not as good as we thought. He is diverting our attention in Temple, and Pakistan, and destrying our economy from behind. Why paper work is required in Modiji digital India. I am supporter of Modiji but these kind of acts are not tolerable. ESIC never gives benefits to poor employees. Yes but every month I see a money is cut from my salary. Kya Modiji, aap bhi Congress ki tarah, loot na suru kaar diye. Muh mein Ram aur Bagal mein Chaku.

    सही तो है.. कंपनी नियम अनुसार 10 दिनमें क्यों वर्कर्स को रजीश्टर नहीं करते..
    बिना नियम के असुविधा कर्मचारियों को ही भुगतनी पडेगी.
    निष्पक्ष बात रख्खो जो जनहित में हो.
    डराकर गुमराह कर के आप अपनी ही विश्वसनीयता धूमिल कर रहे हैं.

      Bhai, practical socho is desh me Kai company me part time accountant / HR hota hai, Kai me employee ke pass Apne document nahi hote, unko apni date of birth sahi nahi pata hoti, aise me register nahi ho paane par nuksan uni ka hota hai, Baat ki gehrai samjho,

      DNT misinform people ..
      Just tell me what's employee if his date of registration and date of appointment is same.
      Most of the same day registration accident cases are fraud and there is no proper ways to detect it .
      It's not against the employees it's just enforcing employers liability on them ..

      It's all bcz by showing back dates employees are registered under ESI and by generating a supplementary challan all these employees are awarded undue favours.... Major frauds have been spotted in sst and maternity cases in recent years

    सर आपने बहुत अच्छी बात कही मेरा ईएसआई अप्रैल 2019 से लेकर दिसंबर 2019 तक कंपनी ने जमा नहीं करा हैजिसके कारण मेरा wife का जो इलाज चल रहा था वह रुक गया है मेरा कार्ड बंद हो गया है और मैं समझ नहीं पा रहा मैं क्या करूं! कंपनी esiकाट नहीं रही है मना कर रही हैं मैं कंपनी में काम कर रहा हूं .....

    Bilkul sahi kiya h ESIC NE jab kisi Ip ko company me injury hoti h to hi employer uska registration karta or esic contribution deducted karta h isse sabhi insured person ka contribution time per deduct hoga or contractor's ko bhi akal ayegi

    ESIC intension is very clear, Mandatory IP should Generate Within 10 days, otherwise its not possible to employer. Attendance show cauae notice other work...try to understand, before bleming ESIC.i hope if we generate within 10 days no worrying to employer.

    Esic ne sahi kiya hai. Maine khud dekha hai mere hi company me 2 mahine tak employee ka esic number generate nahi hua aise kafi log hain. Jabki hamara company outsourcing company hai. Jiska kaam hi compliance handle karna hai

    Dear sir many companies almost 90% of them they don't declare actual number of employees for your kind knowledge also that they even don't deduct the ESIC .we agree that 99%of ESIC department are headach for the employee they even dont know their duties related to employees ,many cases pending regardless settlement of the medical genuine cases so first we request that kindly open the ears of ESIC department also they even try to serve the employees and also in last 5 years government had done mandatory to put computers and join with networks but these clever officers of ESIC department didn't bother to maintain as such due to which IP had to get in trouble at every visit to ESIC despensory also when in case of emergencythey require within72hrs to report but on part of employees if employers want to submit the report and paiteints not able to visit their despencery then they don't take application by employers .they wants paitent to reach despensory even in broken conditions even we show the report to the related officer he wants some money to put them on file.these are the practice problems each employee face.now in the era of information technology also aware that due to these problems many employer don't bother to put on the ESIC portal.so I think ESIC department also bring these notice for employer to register within 10ddays also it will help in getting Data of fresh appointment to the government's like they have done to PF department.so it's having both probs and cons but ESIC department absolutely should increase the benefit and standard of services towards employees or IP so they don't go to private hospital but goes to ESIC despensory first.because we know that if first go to private hospital then ESIC require certificate from there which private hospital sometime Didnt produce due to which they thought that they are bluffing and in these cenerio paintings don't get proper treatment.

    सर मैं यह कंपनी में काम कर रहा हूं मेरा हर्निया का ऑपरेशन होना है मुझे ईएसआई अस्पताल से डॉक्टर ने डेट 7 महीने बाद की दी है अब मेरा वेंडर बदल गया है और मेरा ईएसआई नंबर भी बदल गया है तो डॉक्टर जब 7 महीने बाद मेरे जो न्यू ईएसआई नंबर है उसी से ऑपरेशन हो जाएगा क्या.. कृपया जरूर बताएं

    It seems, it is to put pressure on the employer' for ensuring its contribution alongwith employees to deposit into debilitated ESI fund, irrespective of presence of demons of attrition .Govt. are trying badly to escape / reduce considerably its social liability (by curtailing own funds) for running the show..The lacuna would still be there in case such new joinee is not brought on record initially and wages is made in cash.. Although, for such thing way of corruption is being kept open with the sudden visit of inspector to enquire about exact date of joining...

    Hai sir, one employer not paid the esic contribution for two year and filled return that all employees are absent.
    Till today employer not paid ESI contribution but all employees (120 workers) are still working and getting salary. So what should workers do??? Where to give complaint against that company.
    Kindly suggest what to do sir????

    Also if the person rejoins the company after one month but we can't give him new joining until we file the monthly challan and make him left.

    Yes ESIC are able to demand lumpsum **** after visiting the site/ factory/ offices and for these all activities are authorised by ESIC Main Office, great.

    Sir Ji job 6 month phlai choot gye Thi ab card update krnai kai leyai bool rhai hai. Mother esic hospital Mai admit Hai to mai ab Kya Karo..

    Sir mera name sanjib apse ak request hai kripa karke ak vidio banaiya ...ham central gov ki contract pe kam karte hai ..cylinder delivery come..ham logo ko par pic cylinder me srif 10 rupees milta hai .esic or epf milta hai ...or kuch nehi ...asli bat hai ..jitna allowance hai .hame kuch nehi milta hai ...ulta darata dhamkata hai .ap sir ak vidio banaiya Jo sarkar tak pouche ...jitna salary milna chahiya bo bank account me diya jai ......thanku.....

    Ohh, this is India and we really don't want to accept the new rule. Y delayed after 10 days boss and y not within.. Thx they are not forcing the notices but they r saying to do manually, so that the employers can learns that. All HR and consultants are capable to perform their duties on timely manner and that's what they r paying in return.

    Within 10days registration process is correct decision because of no chance to employer any fraud.
