I agree, it is enjoyable to watch you on your own site again. I wonder if there is a gentle way of keeping track on the size increase of all of your fish.
Great video and so cool to see all the fish and turtle not really having problems! Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to the next video and loving the pond!
It’s been said a thousand times but I’m glad you’re back. Loving these consistent uploads. Something new to throw back into my daily video rotation. Keep it up
Thanks for another very pleasant morningvibe!, in my little corner up north in NL! I hope you keep posting, even if you thìnk you have no idea's for a video. Just watching the pond, how it's going with all the residents, and 'just' the feeding; I'll be watching every video!!
Im excited to see what turtles you pick next for the pond would love to see you get a giant slider or other crazy colored sliders like charcoal red eared slider leopard red eared slider blue red eared slider and a hypo pastel red eqred sliders would be fantastic to see🔥
LOVE the underwater shots! Hey so do they have any natural prey in the pond or do they rely on you 100%? Only ask because of the way large mouth bass grow
Commenting from Australia, apologies if it's a dumb question, but are the shad easy to keep alive? Some of the bait/feeder fish we catch here seem to die no matter what you try to do to keep them alive. @@TheFishWhisperer1
I was at a lake in North Dakota recently there was no signs of any kind of life in this huge lake. There wasn’t even dead fish on the shore. Bugs or any kind of amphibious life. But yet it was a lake that people could swim in andboat in. I assumed it was heavily polluted.
All the shad you catch - not sure if it's possible or feasible to keep some alive and let them loose in the pond? Let the Gar and Bass try to hunt them naturally? Or would that mess up your feeding?
I think for the first bit he was wanting to get them comfortable with him feeding them before he did any live feedings. He did mention on another comment that he’s planning on doing some live shad feedings soon though.
I'm not picking on you specifically because a lot of people do this, but I'm genuinely curious why people keep asking him to put tropical fish in his temperate Texas pond? Do you think he lives somewhere warmer, like maybe southern Florida? It isn't just here, people are always asking Cowturtle to put various tropical fish in his Eel Pit, an unheated rainwater cistern near the Kentucky/Ohio border. I find it genuinely perplexing.
Probably not where he is but in Wisconsin there is a viral disease called Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) spread by baitfish like shad. It's so serious it's against the law to transport live fish of any kind outside a body of water they are from. The only people that can have to abide stringent regulations associated with the $1000~ permit fee to be a live bait seller. Netting licenses are impossible to get.
Really enjoying having you back! ✌️❤️
😢😢😂

Same. Miss those GAR well and him Too lol
Drone shots intro with that guitar strumming was very nice
Thank you so much for sharing! I started watching you about 7 yrs ago and it’s been a real delight 🙏🏼
Thanks for watching!
Bro these underwater shots look like the old PS2 bass fishing game, bringing back good memories man.
That double shout of the gar coming at the end was cool.
Love the aerial and underwater footage. I kept hearing the music from Jaws in my head, as the fish come out of the murk.
I cannot wait to see an underwater tour of the pond to come. Either Lemon or any turtle joining later will be our guide
theyre all responding so well to the feedings now its awesome to see
OMG, these underwater shots are awesome!!!! ❤❤❤❤
I hope the bass get more comfortable so you can feed them! I’m glad they are eating now!

Just LOVE these videos!
Love the underwater footage! Always love your videos.
That’s awesome, bud. You finally got the pond you’ve been talking about for years. I see the bass already learned to be quick with the shad.
😊 Phantom always be the main one you see and really enjoy these videos
I like the way how the camera goes underwater and you can see the fishes
I LOVE your catching various of fishes!! Glad your doing alright! :D
Your video are awesome. Want see lemon eating the shad like thr other used to. The underwater shots are awesome. Love the bass chasing Pinocchio 😂😂😂

Oh to be a turtle walking along the bottom of a safe pond made for you to live a nice life. Lemon I envy you.
Nice video!
That is a great cast net
Whenever you say shad I immediately think of Shad Moss aka Little Bow Wow
Yay
RAAAAAH SHAD!
The gars eyes look so goofy lol
Im excited to see what turtles you pick next for the pond would love to see you get a giant slider or other crazy colored sliders like charcoal red eared slider leopard red eared slider blue red eared slider and a hypo pastel red eqred sliders would be fantastic to see🔥
Hey I love your videos over on the old end of the channel I still miss that content😢
Loving pino😂
Can’t wait for more turtles 🐢
Lemon is a beautiful babyyy ❤
Phantom is always the one that shows up first hahaha 4:02
U got Tom the cat now u need Jerry the cat😂😂😂😂❤
I love shad cast netting videos.
I’ve heard shad are tasty for humans as well!
I think that's more the anadromous shads.
Loving the content and frequency lately.
Why don't you ever keep the Shad alive? Is it to prevent them from taking over the pond?
I’ve been fishing choke canyon lake here in Texas and there’s so many gar from different sizes and they are just so beautiful
Glad youre back man !! Where's tank ???
I bet Tank and all the other turtles miss you.
LOVE the underwater shots!
Hey so do they have any natural prey in the pond or do they rely on you 100%?
Only ask because of the way large mouth bass grow
Please do a video as regularly as possible.
The pond is coming together great it would be awesome if you added a big koi or albino channel catfish
Brazis and Colorado aren’t eating much. Phantom and Pinocchio take it all 😅
Great collection of characters in your pond, totally fun!😃 Do you need a license to fish shad like that where you are?
If you ever use floating pellets the paddlefish will learn to scoop em up off the top
awesome!
Thx
thanks!
How do you know when you have enough shad? Your fish certainly do love eating them.
How many packs of shad you have stored up from this video?
I caught about 20 feedings worth of them
Lovely video. Kindly feed the turtles by hand in upcoming videos.
How do you know what is enough shad to take for your needs, and do you ever have to scale back to let the shad population grow?
Would the gar chase the shad if you put them in live to the pond
If they are hungry enough they will but gar a pretty lazy and his are well fed so they might not
Yes they would. I’ll be doing that soon

@@TheFishWhisperer1would love to see that yes please do it
@@BrentonTheLegend They are very difficult to keep alive. Colder weather and lots of aeration help
I know it has been a while but i really miss the turtles
Bro tried to steal the bass’s shad😂 4:05
I think it would be cool to tie on some top water lures without the hooks and see iff the bass go crazy
You should get a Texas cichlid
Where are Colorado e Guadalupe???
They were the two gar at the end of the video underwater
Do you think if you kept the shad alive and released them into the pond the bass would eat them all or all the gar would eat too
if you put live shad in the pond, would they live long enough to multiply?
Where can I learn how to make a good fish pond? Also would a 100 gallon cattle water trouf work.

Probably just shallow, when they freeze in winter it tends to cause low oxygen conditions that can cause fish kills.
Serious question--can you stock your pond with shad?
The gar defiantly have some sort of anarchy over food?
Can you freeze those and feed them whenever or do you feed them all when they are fresh?
All the shad you catch - not sure if it's possible or feasible to keep some alive and let them loose in the pond? Let the Gar and Bass try to hunt them naturally? Or would that mess up your feeding?

You don't plan to add Kaloi AKA Giant Gourami in your pond?
I'm not picking on you specifically because a lot of people do this, but I'm genuinely curious why people keep asking him to put tropical fish in his temperate Texas pond? It isn't just here, people are always asking Cowturtle to put various tropical fish in his Eel Pit, an unheated rainwater cistern near the Kentucky/Ohio border. I find it genuinely perplexing.
How come you aren't using your shad slinger?
Hey kile I have been watching for about 7 years, I have one question though. Will you feed the gar carp/bigger baits once they get to 5 to 6 ft long
Is there a risk of parasites or toxins if you feed them wild caught shad?
Probably not where he is but in Wisconsin there is a viral disease called Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) spread by baitfish like shad. It's so serious it's against the law to transport live fish of any kind outside a body of water they are from. The only people that can have to abide stringent regulations associated with the $1000~ permit fee to be a live bait seller. Netting licenses are impossible to get.
Is there any reason not to put an aerator on a cooler and bring a bunch of bait fish back live to put in there for them to hunt?
Are the feed fish always dead when you trow them? like do you have live feed?
👍🐟🐟🐟🐢❤️❤️❤️❤️
If I’m mistaking is that a og thumbnail?
It’s a new thumbnail but it’s very similar to my old video “The Shad are Everywhere”
@@TheFishWhisperer1 I thought so 😂 wait until your new bass gets as if not more aggressive as your old ones. Would be a blast to see you feet them .
Which brand cast net is that?
