I think this just goes to show how difficult is is to be a drummer, the amps are facing the crowd so it's not as clear to John as it is to the audience, I think IF it sounds out of time, then that's the reason, but it's not out of time.
@@joeritchie7286 I used to roadie for a band in the 1980s we had a second small base amp facing the drummer so he could hear what was happening, what you hear on the video is basically what the drummer hears, it's not that clear
