    I think aiming should never be something you're thinking about WHILE you're doing it. Sure, by all means reflect on it after, but if you start thinking about it while playing, you'll get into your own head and overthink and be much worse. Do what feels comfortable and reflect on what you did wrong AFTER

    Have in mind that your resolution can impact how fast and slow your aiming is. For example 4:3 widescreen can feel a lot faster than 16:9/16:10. It's all about preferences and what you as a player feel most comfortable with.

    Hope this helps someone as it was a big breakthrough for me after being fairly comfortable with aiming and movement but really wanted to improve: when you're killing bots or practicing your "cone" where you can do flicks, always start slowly. The speed will come, but you'll train your brain if you do every movement slowly and deliberately at first. I to this day warm up with a few slow flicks to calibrate myself and then I ramp up to the quickest I can while counter strafing, bursting etc. This technique works for everything... learning guitar or whatever, same concept. Likewise with crosshair placement and moving through maps/preaiming and clearing bombsites. Do it extremely slow, work out your paths, study it, make it pretty. The speed will come to you quickly afterwards.

    • @kansaouri____2672
      @kansaouri____2672 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are low on numbers just save/exits
      If you are on a save just go for exits, save the gun if you get one.
      On full buys save if on bad economy/No utility
      On half buys it depends on what your team wants to do, i usually block off bombsites with team so they would die to bomb, or you could go for the retake if you got a couple of smokes
      Always wait for team on retakes, try putting your utilities into use
      I also recommend saving armor on pistol rounds because it would be cheaper to purchase helmet
      on the following round, if you are going for a force buy
      Unless you or your team gets really lucky, play it safe

    • @kansaouri____2672
      @kansaouri____2672 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Helal Vodka I only pointed out the times you most likely should save/go for exits, every situation is different. Its doing whats more rational, sometimes you feel good and you will go for it. Its not about being a man its about doing the right thing based on the percentages

    To add to the preaim advice, you don’t need to mentally imagine where everything is going to be. Just put your crosshair where you believe/feel the angle/object is and then correct your crosshair if you are wrong. It will take some time but eventually you will get good crosshair placement without even thinking about it. You will only be thinking about what positions you need to look at.

    Question: When is it acceptable to run and make noise by moving? I presume people can hear me much farther than they really can and end up walking much more than I think I should; is there a set time to move quickly (i.e. to hold space or angles) during engagements? When is it okay to let people know my location IF I move? Is it just a risk I have to take or is there more to it?

    Whenever I play competitive or engage with multiple enemy I started over thinking and sweating and my brain stop working. Unable to do proper burst fire or spray at that time

    Question for next video: how to improve as a team and how to find our own tactics or defaults

      If ur the IGL just look at the teammates strengths and Base a strat from it and if you got no ideas just try getting ideas on execute servers. The problem is if ur team isnt trying Hard to become a good team no one is going to listen to strats

    ladder anxiety for me has been real. I would play on multiple accounts only on whichever one was the lowest rank because I was afraid of losing my faceit or mm ranks. Now i dont play much and dont care, but i play better since im not worried about elo.

    It seams like I have problems with nades as far as knowing when to throw them, and letting enemys peak my with nades out. Whats the best way to deal with it when your trying to hold site and its a 1v5, 2v5 situation and their pushing you.
