- Katsucon is an annual three-day anime convention held during February at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. There were so many amazing cosplays on display here is a small portion of what was seen over the weekend.

is the Jaune at 18:30 in black face or is that not his skin on his arms??? I'm like genuinely so confused because it looks like his shirt ends and skin begins on his arms but the arms don't match the face in the slightest.
