Hello, snake guy here! (I look for them in my free time and study them) The snake you saw was a Great Basin Rattlesnake (Crotalus Oreganus Lutosus). They're very shy reclusive animals and also the only rattlesnake species in the Wasatch front. Nice find! 🐍 What elevation did you find this guy at curiously?
@@rebeccapeart3145 for the end of the video map I used the app Relive. If you want something easier to follow I also used strava and that link is in the description
Thank you for sharing! I’m planning to do this one next and it is nice to see how sketchy it is in some parts 😂 I like to be prepared.

Thanks for posting. We're going on Saturday. Nice to see what we're getting ourselves into.
Have fun!

Nice work! I still haven't summited Lone Peak. Plan is to do it this year. But rock climb to the top!
Always wanted to climb up there! I’m going to go up via Pete’s staircase and solo that to get to the summit next time I head up
Yo that's awesome I have looked at lone peak so much from the valley I want to reach the summit
That absolutely WAS a rattlesnake...
Yes that was beyond a doubt a rattlesnake. Whoever said it wasn’t, don’t be messing with any snakes.
How much time did it take
11 hours and 15 minutes. We went pretty slow
sick
😊
Woah whos that hot blonde with curly hair? 😍
