Drew Petersen summiting the grand peaks of Utah’s Mountains. Find Ur Adventure
Hiking Timpanogos from Cedar Hills, Utah
Was debating wether or not to post this as the audio is all pretty much horrible but decided to anyways.

How am I just seeing this absolute banger of a vid
Timp is hard enough
Love it
8500' !!!
💪💪
That's a big push for sure! Awesome work!
Nice jaunt for a causal morning, keep it up and thanks for the video!👏🏻
Sorry about the terrible sound quality from the wind that is why I hesitated to post for so long haha
Impressive! I have thought of doing this a few times. Just did Mahogany from Cedar Hills a few weeks ago. It would be fun to see the path you take on a map in your videos. Keep up the great work!
You are awesome
That South ridge is no joke😂😂, I lost my timp hat on the spine.
I just did the hike today and it was something else, I didn't see the mailbox though! I must have missed it or something happened to it. Great video.
Please invite me next papis
i came from tiktok 😭😭
@SummitSeeker - Awesome work dude! Question: Is Hidden Peak always open for water? We're planning on getting there at 8am and hoped we could fill up on water....
@@mkadlec99 not sure, when I was passing it is was around 12AM. Although I heard from someone that they stopped and were able to go inside at 2 AM but am not sure if it was supposed to be unlocked lol
@@Summit_Seeker Thanks, that does sound about right, I heard that the lodge has to stay open for water 24h
Dang thats sick
Yeah those trails feel like they aren’t really maintained anymore. North mountain trail #200 is absolutely horrible, first hamongog #42 isn’t too bad. The neighborhood getting built at that trailhead is a factor I believe
How does this have zero comments
Fr
Hello, snake guy here! (I look for them in my free time and study them) The snake you saw was a Great Basin Rattlesnake (Crotalus Oreganus Lutosus). They're very shy reclusive animals and also the only rattlesnake species in the Wasatch front. Nice find! 🐍 What elevation did you find this guy at curiously?
Thank you for sharing! I’m planning to do this one next and it is nice to see how sketchy it is in some parts 😂 I like to be prepared.
🔥
Yeah boys!!! Nice work! Going for the full traverse this weekend!
So sick 😷
Yes that was beyond a doubt a rattlesnake. Whoever said it wasn’t, don’t be messing with any snakes.
No way dude 🤣
How does Devil's Castle compare to The west scramble up Monte Cristo?
@@d_cozzens honestly that crux up monte isn’t nearly as bad as people tell it to be in my opinion. Just stick to the ridge although a little more exposed it makes it soooo much easier
@@Summit_Seeker I should have clarified haha. I did The Monte Cristo crux on Monday from Sundial up to superior, then back down into lake blanche and agree that it wasn't too bad staying on the ridge. Exposed sure, but not technical. I haven't gotten around to doing the Castle yet, so that is what I am trying to gauge? Thanks!
@@d_cozzens Devils id say it more chill than the monte crux just takes a little more route finding but nothing too bad.
@@Summit_Seeker Thanks man, I plan on hitting up devils, and from snowbird out to Lone, then I have done all of the technical stuff on the WURL. I'll hit up the whole thing later this year or next. Thanks for the useful content!
Dude you are such a bad ass
Congrats! Never going to do it myself but I can appreciate the extreme accomplishment of others!
Great job man!
Me and my 70 year old father love your content. We just hit lone, phifferhorn and Superior. You guys are truly Boss at hiking.
Have you thought about doing Nolan’s 14?
That’s awesome congratulations fellas
For such a long hike, it doesn't look like you have alot of supplies...
@@jkolson04 We had a resupply after the first third, then 2 other resupplys and a person meeting up with me for the remainder of the hike.
I came from your Tiktok This is insane! Great job, what an accomplishment!
nice work dude! I assume you saw this on mediocre amateur's channel judging by the music you used ;) This is on my bucket list of things to do (not sure if you have seen my channel) as I do a lot of hard stuff, but I live down in AZ so trying to find a partner to do it with. So if you wanna do it again next summer lmk! ha
This is missing a camera pan to look down and see what is at stake. Isn't the north face like 3'000 feet down into Little Cottonwood? At a similar slope and terrain all the way down. -guy who did not do this scramble
How much adderall yall take
Dude congrats!
The numbers don't do justice just how much of a physical achievement the WURL is. I've only done the thing in sections. Well done!
I've been meaning to get on here and leave a comment! Took me forever haha. It was cool to see you up there man. Love your vids. Congrats on finishing the WURL!! 🔥
Very impressed. Learned about this hike a few weeks ago. Planning to do it but probably several years from now. I know I've seen a site that will post stats like the fastest completion, youngest completion, oldest completion, etc. I thought it was summitpost, but I can't find the WURL route on summitpost. Is there another site you're using?
I’m too scared of mountains to do something like this lol
cool shit man, just heads up to anyone interested in doing the wurl, they are installing avalanche canyons right now and some parts are blocked off
@@bli9608 we went through it lol
I N S A N E M A N! I only hiked the first peak of the video today (twin peaks) and that was a feat in and of itself. Let alone 21 more peaks back to back 🤯
Came from TikTok, this is incredibly rad! I’ve done a bit of amateur mountaineering in Colorado and Oregon, but nothing like this. Keep it up dude!
Nah! This is an Alex Honnold a** hike!
@@jay21420 hahah he actually did this route back in 2015
Dream
Congrats !
You mean to tell me that he hiked 33 hours STRAIGHT with no sleep???! That's insane
I've done 41 in 12 hours its doable
Who else came here from tiktok?
