This was very interesting, but I was disappointed that you didn’t give your favorites at the end.
I use the K18 mask followed with Lanza Healing Oil and the Lanza Healing Oil Keratin Bounce Up Spray. They’re great. I have a hair texture similar to yours, so you may want to test the Lanza Healing Oil line. It smells nice 😅
A way you can test if your heat protectant is actually doing something is spray some on the back of your hand and let it dry down and put your blow dryer on low, keep it about an arms length from your hand and if your heat protectant is doing it’s job you shouldn’t feel the heat where you sprayed, if anything it should feel cooler in the place where you sprayed product.❤️

Can we have more of a wrap up on which was your favorites? I know in the reviews you did mention some thoughts on each. I need my hand held sometimes. Thank you. The Cavier CC cream was my go to for years and they changed the formula. Believe it or not it was much better. I tried an other one of the CC cream the repair one and it wasn’t good imo. It might be for someone with very fine thin fragile hair.

@@italiano_frenchy That is so frustrating! I enjoyed the video, but wish I just skipped to the end to see she never gave a review and comparison on the products. Then tried to find out in comments, but knowing she sees all these people asking - who sat through watching all that and feel like we were left hanging, then just ignore everyone and not answer is beyond rude.

What a great video Heidi!! I wanted to try a bunch of other heat protectant‘s but after watching your video I know that my Olaplex six and seven are the best. And in my opinion I liked your hair the best when you did use that combo. But I will try that bed head I have to admit that that looked really good as well!! I own Davines Oi All in One Milk, oil, shampoo and conditioner. They all smell the same. Very strange choice of fragrance, I don’t like it at all. But I’m very happy with the results so I keep using this line.
Also, try the john Freida frizz ease intense serum..it works really well

I’ve watched you tube videos where professional hairdressers fave about Tigi after party-they apply it on dry hair. It does not repair at all however they think it’s the best for taming flyaways, enhance shine and provide gloss.

Hello Heidi, this might be off topic but can we maybe expect some reviews for Revlon Experience? I can't find anything besides Uniq 1 from Revlon. Experience has several lines, but for some reason nobody talks about it. I'm especially curious about Hydro line, but they also have some thalassotherapy 3 step treatment that's available for at home use, I 'm considering buying it just cannot find any reviews.

Hi Beauty, love love your channel. Question, i know they say you really are only supposed to wash your scalp (which i do) but, when you have build up of heat styling product or any product really and if your using a clarifying once in a while, can you literally wash your hair and not just the scalp or will the run off remove build up? xxoo
Hiiii 👋🏻 I have tried that. It seems necessary sometimes. But just the rinse after clarifying the scalp more often than not is enough for the mid lengths and ends.♥️
Heidi at the 10:50 mark be careful when spraying things because your cat was right behind you sitting in the chair and you spray right around her. It's unhealthy for cats lungs but I'm sure you didn't know she was there. Thank you for this video.

If you use a leave in conditioner, like Olaplex #6 for example, do you use the heat protectant before, dry it, then apply the leave in conditioner? Or do you apply it when your hair is still wet on top of the heat protectant?
Apply the leave in while hair is wet then heat protectant.

Davines omg the smell is over powering. I cannot use it as it is like using a very strong perfume for your hair. Not good.

I agree. I have heard a lot of hair experts say the same. That while their product may help in those areas some, there is no way they are doing all of those things and WELL at the same time. They have also said the heat protection they provide is usually not enough and a separate heat protectant should be used since that product is made soley for that purpose. BTW...I'm a Heidi Lisbeth :)

@@italiano_frenchy I’m currently using and loving K18. I also still use Olaplex 3, 8, 6, 7, sometimes 1&2. But I’m not a man with curly hair. I use hair masks from
Kerastase, MOROCCANOIL and many at home masks too. I can only speak from my experience. Also, I test out new things constantly so my thoughts change and shift as I experience new products (good and bad). This is a product testing channel, so this is why.
